Очень удачное расположение отеля в сердце старого города. Приятный интерьер. Очень хороший разнообразный завтрак. Можно попросить горячей воды для чая в номер. Ложкой дегтя оказалось нежелание персонала попытаться помочь с резервацией места в ресторане, в итоге поужинать совсем не получилось

Hotel San Michele is a MUST stay while in Cortona! It is a beautiful, upscale, clean, and professional business in the heart of Tuscany's most charming city. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for restaurants and things to do throughout our stay. Gabriel and Manuel were both fantastic. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy! My husband and I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to anyone visiting Cortona. Wish we didn't have to leave!

You will love this place: it's in the heart of Cortona and you'll feel the magic of this place. Hotel staff is very kind and helpul; breakfast is good. Remember: you can't access to the city centre by car but hotel can allow you to load/unload your suitcases by a temporary pass.

A beautiful classic old Italian hotel kept up meticulously. Extremely friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread. The location is so close to the centre of the town with all the restaurants/bars/shops. Be aware that Cortona is a very hilly town so to walk to/from this hotel you will need to be physically able to manage hills.

Very quaint hotel in the heart of Cortona. Staff was very accommodating. We had a short, two-night stay this visit but would definitely return in the future. The hotel does sit on a very steep alleyway which could be challenging for someone with physical disabilities.

This is a fantastic hotel. We highly recommend it for a stay in Cortona. The hotel parking is fantastic, and the building is most interesting. But, above all it is the staff who are exceptionally good. So helpful and knowledgeable—really an amazingly good experience, right in the heart of the old city.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel San Michele in Cortona. The most wonderful aspect was the warmth and help of the staff. They are the best. I would highly recommend anyone to consider staying at this hotel, especially if you are travelling solo. It's important to feel welcomed!

Loved the historic atmosphere and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, very close to the Piazza Nacionale and centrally located. They recommended wonderful places to eat. Would stay there again!

Parking is hard to find at the base and it’s 30euros at the property. From the parking to the hotel is a steep up hill walk.
