Od chwili, gdy przybyliśmy, nasza hostka Sylvia była ciepła i zapraszała, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się natychmiast w domu. Sama lokalizacja jest piękna, a cały personel był niesamowicie uważny i przyjazny. Śniadanie każdego ranka było niesamowite, z delikatnymi opcjami, które rozpoczęły nasze dni wolne idealnie. Naprawdę chcieliśmy, że moglibyśmy zostać dłużej! Bardzo polecam Locanda Agli Amici każdemu, kto odwiedza Cortonait’ wspaniałe doświadczenie, które dodaje tak wiele do każdej podróży."

"We stayed in this splendid location for three nights during New Year's Eve 2025. The beauty of the relais, its rooms—particularly the elegant furnishings—the Renaissance hall used for the New Year's Eve dinner, the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff (concierge, property manager, and waiters) are offset by some shortcomings that, for those who have frequented them, are unbecoming of a 5-star property: • I'll start with the most problematic and disappointing aspect: the sofa bed my son slept on, to whom I gave the double bed. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, and you can clearly feel the bars on your back, resulting in a terrible quality of sleep. If we had known that a proper, comfortable extra bed was unavailable—as indicated in the email I have—we would not have stayed with the children. It's true that reporting this after the first night might have allowed for a partial solution, but one night would still have been wasted. Given the price and category of the property, this is unacceptable, and a sofa bed of this type should not be provided or offered under any circumstances. • One of the rooms of the family traveling with us had an exposed electrical outlet, with only a cover and no plate. • The bathroom in our room (classic suite) does not have a bidet. • Upon our arrival, the welcome bottle had been forgotten; the staff, always very kind, apologized and promptly remedied the situation. • A cup used for tea the previous day remained on the bedside table even after the room had been tidied, without being removed or replaced. It was replaced on the second day. • There are no coat hooks: we had to leave our jackets on chairs and beds in an improvised manner. • Breakfast was poor and of mediocre quality. The cakes were good, but the croissants were unpresentable, even for a 2-star hotel. That said, for those who have already stayed in properties of this category, we do not consider it a 5-star hotel. I do not recommend it for its quality/price ratio or for families with children."

"Ugly single room on the top floor. It was as if she lived in a dovecote. It’s not even like that, something between a dovecote and a cell. Small dark room with a view of the wall. The bed is like I'm in a barracks. Everything is uncomfortable. There is no stand for the suitcase. The View Room is only open for breakfast. Maybe there are better rooms. But I don't recommend a single room."

"Fantastic stay. Let's start with the room: out of the ordinary in terms of furnishings, colors and objects. Objects imported by the owners from various parts of the world. Spacious, very clean and very quiet. Perfectly clean, nice and welcoming bathroom. The bed had different colored pillows beyond the usual ones that everyone has. Perfect location, just outside the restricted traffic zone, you can park your car for a moment to unload and then, according to the owners' perfect instructions, there are free or paid parking spaces 50 meters away. Then in less than 40 meters you are in the historic center. The breakfast is complete with everything and is served by the owners, while you remain seated at the table (and that's no small thing when it comes to relaxation), with kindness and friendliness. They also bring a menu, which although it only shows the various croissants and drinks is truly original, of course there is yoghurt and more. My croissant was served to me with a small boat with an umbrella and pineapple nearby. Small details but which make the difference with classic B&Bs. If the weather permits you can sit on a terrace with a wonderful view. Then there are the owners: excellent helpfulness and courtesy. We are sorry about one thing…. having spoken to the owners for a short time, it was a real shame, because in addition to knowing how to manage the B&B perfectly, they are people with great views, intelligent and with a great mentality from whom you can also learn something. I don't publish the photos because it would be like ruining the surprise for anyone who goes to them. Last but not least there are several things to visit such as the fortress (also reachable on foot) etc. We have stayed in many B&Bs but this one has truly remained in our hearts, and it is the only one to which we will return a second time (never done an encore with anyone. I warmly thank the owners for everything...we wanted to unplug for various reasons and thanks to them we achieved the goal. NUNZIA AND MASSIMO Anzio (Rm)"

Even better was that the owners own a beautiful golden retriever/labrador who loves being fussed which makes it even more relaxing staying here if that was possible.
