Excelente hotel en Cuzco, muy buen ubicado. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Gracias Rocio por tu atención tan cálida.
El desayuno es natural, todo muy fresco y los huevos revueltos de Willy un manjar
Las habitaciones son correctas y están muy limpias
Lo volveríamos a elegir sin dudarlo y lo recomendamos mucho por su relación precio calidad

Excellent boutique hotel near plaza de armas. Quite and clean. The front desk agents were very friendly and extremely helpful answering all my questions regarding what to do, eat and where to explore. The rooms are big enough, hot water all the Time, very quite and peaceful. I LOVE to hear the birds singing in the mornings near my window. I will return and recommend this hotel no doubt.

Nice Hotel, great view from our room and good breakfast service. The staff will prepare a breakfast bag for you when you are getting picked up very early in the morning and miss regular breakfast. Everything touristic in Cusco is within walking distance.

Super helpful staff, nice rooms and good breakfast. The floors are a bit creacky so be aware if you are a light sleeper. All the staff is super friendly, especially the older lady at reception always gave us honest and good suggestions. She even noticed my fiancés birthday on the passport and organised a birthday cake with his name for him. The location is super central. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very well located, close to the center. The rooms are very cozy, some on the second floor have a view of the square, they have hot water and heating 24 hours a day. The hotel has breakfast included, with a varied offer that ranges from eggs, bread, coffee, infusions, fruits, natural juices and proteins such as sausages, ham and cheese. The reception staff is very attentive and if you have a tour that leaves very early, they will prepare a breakfast bag to take away.

Our stay was wonderful. The location, aesthetic, and staff were all amazing. Special shout out to Rocio for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable our entire visit. I don’t have everyone’s name but the entire staff was stellar.

A small hotel with personality, we loved the location- easy to walk area, and Rocio at Reception was incredibly helpful and full of advice. I needed oxygen because of altitude sickness our 2nd day there and she was so kind and brought me an oxygen tank and was so reassuring. I felt better immediately. She got taxis for us and made it feel like home. Breakfast was fine and everyone who works here is so nice! It’s not the Hilton with large rooms , but it has so much character. We met so many interesting people staying there too.

I love this hotel, its close to everything ,the main historical squares is just few minutes walk from the hotel. the staff are so helpful and polite.thank you to Rocio and Ditne, and also the girl in the breakfast area. they are very helpful and polite.I wish them progress in their career. thank you for great service in your hotel. its very clean too.

Excellent Hotel. Clean & quiet room, good breakfast with very helpful & friendly staff. A special mention - Rocia & Josef on the hotel desk were very helpful indeed. The hotel is in a good location & isn’t that far from the main square.
