Great little hotel with helpful staff and easy check in and out. Close to the plaza, many eateries and shopping. Previously stayed at this hotel. It is a smaller older hotel. Very clean but needs a little work on the plumbing.

Check in was super easy and fast. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very humble. All the Cusquenos are very humble and friendly. I recommend this cute little hotel.

Ultra clean. Modern. Great location in Cusco. Edgar the manager takes great care of guests and Sheryl help provide for breakfast needs and runs the property's nice coffee shop. The value of this property cannot be overstated. We were very pleased with our stay, the service and their attention to detail.

The friendly and convenient place was clean and newly updated. The room was large and the staff was so helpful. Just ask and they deliver. We had a short walk to the square with a great meal. Highly recommended.

Property was well situated. 7 min walk from the main square and yet away from the crowd. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Great service. Clean room.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Edgar, the receptionist was especially attentive to all my needs. It has heater in the room and in the bathroom which is important in a cold place like Cusco. Love the bed and the pillows. I’m very picky and I have no complaints.

We loved our stay here. It’s super close to Plaza De Armas and all the eating and shopping areas. The staff were amazing and attentive to all of our needs. They left us box lunches for our tours. Booked us cabs and were overall excellent. We would recommend this place and stay here again anytime!
