酒店環境不錯，房間簡約乾淨，酒店服務人員很熱情服務，早餐比較豐富，交通很便利，離各個景點都比較近。

I feel cheated, we had our laundry washed. Where in other and better hotels it costs 7-8 kg sol. We paid 302 soles for 4 kg of laundry. They didn't let us know, they didn't speak English well. They copied our passport 5 times, payment only in advance. A big disrespect to the guests. We tried 2 other hotels in Cusco that were more expensive and they didn't treat us like that.

I have been in Peru for 13 days and stayed here for two days at the beginning of my trip and 2 days after. I had my best sleep at this establishment. The rooms were clean and had wonderful views of the city. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly. Edgar was fantastic and helped me with all of my needs during the day. His partner Yohan was also very helpful. In the evening hours Manlux was able to provide recommendations for places to eat as well as address any needs. Thanks so much to this team!

We stayed twice - before and after trekking. Both times we were welcomed by friendly staff. Very clean rooms and a great breakfast service from Samuel, Edilson and Alvaro. Good location about 5 mins walk from main square, but local services just outside.

This hotel is well appointed, clean, safe, and in the heart of the San Blas neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and the San Blas artesinal market nearby. It's also a short ride (or modest walk) from central Cusco. The included breakfast was great and staff werre prompt in refilling any empty dishes.

We stayed at Casa Andina San Blas during our recent trip to visit Cusco and The Sacred Valley. The hotel location was great; higher on the mountain and within walking distance of boutiques and nice restaurants. At night when you walked around the streets you could see the twinkling lights from homes further up on the hill. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful and our double twin bedroom was clean and spacious. We chose to only eat fruit at the breakfast area since we prefered to visit a local cafe near the main square. Families with small children will need to be careful walking around (and with strollers) since the streets in Cusco are very narrow and pedestrians need to move to accommodate oncoming one way traffic.

I had a little incident on my check in which left me a little unsettled. The manager looked me up later to make amends, she went above and beyond and completely changed my perception of the hotel. In the end it was quite enjoyable and nice stay, most definitely recommend it. Thank you Maritza!
