Very well situated with a nice staff. The hotel is clean and they make sure you have everything you need. Always there to help the staff offered a very good service in english for those who struggle with Spanish. Itiwatana hotel is a good option for those who want to be close to the main plaza and to many restaurants.

Very lovely hotel, staff very friendly and so helpful. Wonderful hot shower. Really comfortable warm bed and great location. I only had one night but loved it. I was doing reception looked after my stuff for 5 days even though I wasnt returning to hotel. Thank you!

Nos encanto, la ubicación está excelente super céntrico. El servicio estuvo perfecto, los empleados super atentos además de que estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones son ideales para llegar a descansar, literal nosotros saliamos a las 4am a los tours y regresábamos a las 10-11pm, la verdad cumple su función. Nuestra reservacion contaba con desayuno, muy sencillo pero perfecto para desayunar algo rápido. Además de que los chicos del hotel nos ayudaron a contratar nuestros tours con un señor llamado Moisés, también una persona mega atenta que nos encantaron sus tours. 100% recomiendo el hotel

Excelente servicio, calidad humana, todos mis pasajeros se van felices, por todo el servicio que nos brindan, los Desayunos son buenos, las habitaciones confortables y siempre están prestos a ayudar a los viajeros, dándoles información 😊

Realmente tuvimos una agradable estadía, el hotel es muy bonito y la atención fue estupenda en todo momento. Estoy agradecido con ellos. Me pareció que están una buena ubicación y en donde momento están prestos a resolver alguna duda sobre alguna actividad que se pueda realizar.

Lindo lugar para descansar en Cusco, muy amable el personal. Las habitaciones son muy limpias e impecable y el desayuno muy bueno y variado, es buffet. Tienen áreas comunes de espera que son cómodas. El hotel está cerca a la plaza, vale la pena!

Un hotel excelente para hosped****, cuenta con buenos servicios, atención personal y el administrador Juan fueron muy amables, la variedad de comida en muy buena y los espacios de la habitación es tranquilo y agradable. Lo recomiendo para pasar las vacaciones con la familia.

Exelente limpieza de las habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias , la recepción es muy buena y el trato por parte de los empleados y en especial el administrador es exelente , la comida es muy rica y variada , el lugar es muy bueno por q está cerca del centro sin duda un lugar al q volvería a visitar

Una gran experiencia que sirvió de descanso para todas las actividades que debía realizar. Soy un artista visual y necesitaba un lugar acogedor que me permita estar en contacto con escenas de la comunidad cuzqueña y lo fue. Volvería definitivamente.
