Our recent trip to Dali was absolutely unforgettable, and staying at [Hotel Name] made it even more special. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors and thoughtful details that reflect the charm of the region. What truly set our experience apart was our incredible butler — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help make our stay perfect. Their service went above and beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. Situated closer to the north side of Dali Ancient Town, the hotel was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was conveniently close, which made exploring the town effortless and enjoyable. Every day felt magical, from the scenic views to the warm hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Dali, we highly recommend staying here — it’s an experience you won’t forget.

Very convenient location outside shuanglang ancient town. It's uphill but they will shuttle you back and forth. Greatly positioned to explore the area. Very kind people and very clean place as well! They helped us to snap some pictures also.

The best hotel experience of this trip is mainly due to the hotel's service. The butler, Liu, is very attentive and meticulous, which is the best service I've ever experienced. Super awesome!!! The hotel scenery is beautiful, located on the edge of Shuanglang Scenic Area, and every angle is very photogenic. The room facilities are complete and considerate, and there are very complete supplies for children, clean and tidy. There is a fruit plate when we arrive. In the evening, they also send good night milk, and the children really like the kittens in the shop. Butler Liu introduced the surrounding attractions, delicious food, and matters needing attention in detail, really considering for customers, and the experience is super good. Next time I come to Dali, I will stay here again👍

First time being in Dali and we moved over to Shuanglang (双廊) from Dali Gucheng (大理古城) to explore the east side of Erhai. The location is about a 5-10min walk from Shuanglang Guzhen's South Entrance （双廊古镇南门口）. However, the place is located on top of a hill. Hence, we needed to contact the butler (管家/客服) to chauffeur us from below to the place or vice versa when we needed to head out. While there's no lift, the butler was also really helpful to carry our luggage up and down the apartment. See pictures for reference of the view of our room - really beautiful. Our room is fairly clean, with house cleaning everyday. Just a thing to note is there's no area to hang your clothes in the shower area 😅 In terms of service, they were really nice and helpful! Chauffeuring us up and down each time we went out~ just fyi, there's cooked breakfast at the pantry every morning! Not going to lie, it was a proper meal (a bowl of mixian noodles, with cut fruits and a boiled egg). For foreign guests like myself who don't have a local Chinese number, you can contact them via WeChat. Ps: if you're planning to travel around the cities, feel free to ask them if they can get discounted rides for you. Otherwise calling Didi (ride hailing service) or checking local tours can be helpful :)

Very nice and quaint hotel! We booked the room with the big bathtub, from pictures and reviews we thought it was inside the room, but it is actually out in the balcony. We were a little shy to use. We loved the projector in the room with an account already signed in, so we spent our nights watching movies. Hotel is 15 min taxi away from 双廊古镇. Love it ☺️

My fear of booking the hotel quite far, some 40-50km from Dali train station was dispelled by the beautiful sight of hotel and its surroundings that greeted us when we arrived. The picturesque view of the lake from lobby and our room makes for a relaxing stay, made more by the fact that we were in Shuanglang instead of the hectic Dali downtown. Shuanglang has its own ancient city and long line of cafes, shops and bars along the lake. The young staff serving us were efficient and accommodating to our needs especially in picking and driving us to main road with our large luggages. Highly recommended!

The place is right in front of ErHai and you get an unobstructed view of it. The hotel will contact you before you arrive to tell you instructions on how to get to the hotel (via electric trishaws) provided by hotel. They also helped to arrange day tours and transport to other cities. All in all, it’s pretty good. One down point is the beddings aren’t that great.

The stay experience far exceeds expectations, you must really recommend it! 📍 Great location: The homestay is on the Erhai Sea, next to the Erhai Sea. Not only does it achieve ”zero distance” to see the sea, but it is more rare that the sound of the waves is very small. You don't have to worry about making it noisy to sleep, but it is very helpful to sleep. 💰 Super cost-effective: I compared several before I came, and finally chose here. It turns out that the price is much more affordable than other homestays in the same location, but the scenery and experience are not discounted at all. 🙌 The boss is very enthusiastic: the boss is very enthusiastic, from communication to check-in, it makes people feel very comfortable. Any needs can be responded to in time. 🍳 Breakfast is very rich: breakfast is rich in variety, eat well and eat well, sitting on the beach to eat breakfast feeling very happy. If you want to find a homestay that is really next to the Bohai Sea, at a fair price, quiet and comfortable, and with good service, you can choose this one!

這家民宿是新開的，我稱之為性價比之王。 設施：設施齊全，全屋衞浴都是九牧的，很贊。床睡起來很舒服。 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔無異味，由於開業不久，所有的東西都很新。 環境：環境很好，住起來很舒服。房間裏有綠植，也有陽台。 服務：店家服務態度也很好，幫忙搬運行李，有要求都會積極處理。 早餐是米線+煎蛋，挺好吃的。 總體來説，性價比很高，強烈推薦。

If you're looking for a quiet place with an amazing view, this is the perfect stay.We spent two nights here, and though reaching popular attractions (on the other side of 洱海 took extra time, the stunning view from our room more than made up for it—plus, Didi made getting around easy. It’s a great spot to simply unwind and relax, and the breakfast was delicious too! This place is definitely on our list for future trips to 大理.
