Very convenient to the airport, easy to find. The room was large and clean, comfortable bed, unfortunately smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. Nice and warm, and reasonably quiet. Would stay here again.

had a nice stay at hotel. The hotel is quite new and clean. Location the near the restaurants and mall. Especially thanks to Stella from reception who’s very helpful and recommended me the right room type and fare.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I had to wait for more than 30minutes for someone to come and check me in. The lady I found a bit rude and not helpful. I was moved around from one room to another due to wifi issues. The room they moved me to was nice, just minor quality issues. Overall, I had a nice stay. The mattress was very comfortable.

Very easy from the airport to the hotel with the free shuttle going or dropping to the airport, both very convenient service top notch attention, top notch and cleanliness is also good being at that price range. You get all the services which is actually magnificent and I think it is well worth the money that you are paying for and well worth Reviews and ratings that are there. Of course, you cannot compare it with a five star or a four star property, but being a small boutique property near the hotel with all the services and the great of cleanliness and attention, it is not bad at all. It is one of the best in that price category 

Pozytywne. Łatwy wjazd. Czysty pokój. Nie potrzebowałem dodatkowych dodatków. Twarde, ale wygodne łóżko. Nie. Nie mogłem uruchomić telewizji. Klimatyzacja tylko wywiesza gorące powietrze. I nie ma w pobliżu sklepów. (Tylko KFC i chiński świeży rynek żywności 5 minut spacerem) Ale: Światło w pokoju było miłe. I dziękuję, dziękuję, dziękuję. Umieścili prąd obok łóżka i zapewnili statyczne ładowania podłogowe dla telefonu. Nigdy wcześniej tego nie widziałem, nawet w 5-gwiazdkowych hotelach. 별점이좋아서 별점믿고 묵어봤어요 가족여행이라 침대두개필요했는데 방두개 나눠져있고 거실에 부엌에.. 대련은 대부분 뷰는 좋아보이던데 여기도 좋았어요 20층이었음요 그리고 무엇보다 주변에 쇼핑몰이 네개정도있고 월마트에 믹스몰, 비요트마트? 아마 대련에서 젤클듯? 헤이티 루이싱커피 없는게없음요. 중산광장쪽까지는 좀 떨어져있었지만 대련북역은 가깝구요 지하철타면되긴한데 1시간정도 걸릴지도.. 데스크 친절하시고 위챗친추해서 소통하믄 문제없어요. 보증금 100위안 첨에 필요해요. 시설은 막 깨끗하진않지만 뭐 ㅎㅎ 넘 깔끔떠시는분이라면 하야트그런데가시구요 ㅋㅋ 제가묵은방은 세탁기에 큰 냉장고도있었고 뷰도 넘좋고 전좋았어요

高度表揚當時接我電話的小姐姐， 孩子和我着急退房，迷糊中把小天才落下，直到回家第二天才想起來 當時沒報多大希望 結果等了一天，就説找到了，還給我們發快遞送來 感動！！！ 對大連人的印象更好了 房間除了有明顯煙味兒，咖啡特別難喝 別的都不錯

Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

航班延誤到凌晨一點半拿完託運行李，酒店本來有免費接服務的但是司機一點就下班了，打了滴滴衹需要十分鐘左右就可以到，對第二天趕飛機的人很友好 酒店似乎以前是漢庭的？因為門牌上的標誌是漢庭的，裝修還有服務都特別好，這個價位真的設施很不錯了，但是到酒店收拾完就兩點了我困得不行第二天去學校就睡了沒拍什麼照片，但是這不影響給酒店點贊👍🏻
