To mój drugi pobyt w hotelu Guoshi. Wszystko jest doskonałe, a obsługa recepcji jest niezwykle uprzejma. Hotel położony jest tuż przy Harbor Square, co czyni go niezwykle dogodnym. Pokój był bardzo czysty, a pościel również. Wanna była bardzo wygodna; mając 1,7 metra wysokości, mogłem wygodnie wyciągnąć nogi. Suszarka do włosów w hotelu ma silniejszy nawiew niż w wielu innych hotelach, co ułatwia korzystanie z niej. W pokoju hotelowym znajdował się pełen zestaw jednorazowych kosmetyków, w tym ręczniki do twarzy, nakładki na sedes, wkładki do wanny, kubki papierowe, zatyczki do uszu i patyczki higieniczne – przemyślane dodatki. Mam nadzieję, że hotel będzie się rozwijał i będzie jeszcze lepszy! 😄

The front desk staff demonstrated outstanding service throughout our stay. They quickly addressed any requests and went above to make us feel welcome. Their proactive approach - from preparing for bad weather to offering local tips - showed real dedication. The personal touches, like remembering our anniversary, made the experience extra special. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. 太棒了！這次大連之行的住宿體驗完全超出了預期！ 民宿正對着大連港，坐在窗邊就能欣賞到壯麗的海港景色，尤其是夜晚，燈火通明的碼頭特別美。出門步行幾分鐘就是地鐵站，去中山廣場、東港音樂噴泉都超級方便 一進門就讓人驚喜，房間打掃得一塵不染，光腳踩在地板上都完全沒問題。床品潔白柔軟，衞生間也乾淨得發亮，各種細節都看得出房東的用心，住着特別安心舒適 房東人真的非常好！從入住前細緻的路線指引，到耐心推薦周邊地道的餐廳，有求必應，就像一位本地的朋友，讓人感覺特別温暖。 這次選擇這裏真是最正確的決定，強烈推薦給所有來大連的朋友，絕對物超所值！

Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others.

The staff was friendly and the location was great, very close to the metro station and Venice Waterworld which has one of the best night views in the entire region.

這次入住大連中山廣場附近的酒店，體驗超棒，真心推薦！ 位置特別好，就在中山廣場商圈，步行可達地鐵和公交站，出行去景點、逛街都很方便，周邊餐飲、商超齊全，生活便利。 房間是高空房型，視野開闊，落地窗能俯瞰城市街景，白天看城市風貌，夜晚賞燈火夜景，拍照很出片，氛圍感十足。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，設施齊全，隔音效果好，休息得很安心。 前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效，態度貼心。對比同區域酒店，這家性價比很高，價格實惠、品質在線，不管是旅遊還是商務都很合適。整體位置優越、景觀好、交通便利、性價比拉滿，是來大連住宿的好選擇，下次來還會住這裏！

The newly opened Atour Hotel has a good location, between Zhongshan Square and the Russian-style street. The entire building seems to have been renovated, as there was a strong smell as soon as you entered. All the facilities are complete, and the front desk service is excellent, responding promptly to customer needs. However, the housekeeping staff needs training. I reminded them to clean the room before I left, but when I returned, it was completely untouched; the only thing they changed was emptying the trash can. It was both frustrating and laughable. The room and hallway smelled quite strong, making my eyes and throat hurt. I had to ask for an air purifier from the first day until the second day, and it finally arrived on the afternoon of the second day. If you're traveling with children, you should probably think twice. I would consider going again next time.

Daję mu idealne 10/10! Zarezerwowałem pokój z łóżkiem king-size, ale wspaniały właściciel zmienił mi pokój na rodzinny! Byłem zachwycony, gdy tylko wszedłem. Pokój ma co najmniej 100 metrów kwadratowych, przestronny, dobrze rozplanowany salon i ogromne okna od podłogi do sufitu. Nocny widok z 23. piętra jest absolutnie oszałamiający! Wystrój jest luksusowy, stylowy i wyrafinowany. Cały dom to inteligentny dom, który wygląda na odnowiony około 2024 lub 2025 roku. Lodówka, pralka, toaleta i podgrzewacz wody są zupełnie nowe. Łazienka ma osobną strefę mokrą i suchą. Pościel też jest fantastyczna. Materac jest sprężysty, ale zapewnia dobre podparcie, a koce są bardzo czyste. W pokoju nie było absolutnie żadnego nieprzyjemnego zapachu. I jeszcze jedna bardzo ważna uwaga! Ogrzewanie podłogowe jest niesamowicie skuteczne. W całym pokoju jest ciepło i przytulnie, a w nocy nie potrzebowałem koca. Południowcy, uwaga! Jeśli wybieracie się do północno-wschodnich Chin zimą, koniecznie sprawdźcie system ogrzewania, bo inaczej będziecie mieli kłopoty! Na koniec mały problem: przeszukałem całe miejsce, ale nie mogłem znaleźć jednorazowych grzebieni ani szczoteczek do zębów, haha. Na szczęście wziąłem własną pastę do zębów i szczoteczkę, ale brak jednorazowych grzebieni i tak był dość krępujący. Nie wiem, czy właściciel o nich zapomniał, czy może ich nie było w zestawie. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony. To oczywisty wybór na rodzinne wyjazdy! Lokalizacja jest niesamowita – tuż naprzeciwko Sheratona! Ten pensjonat zdecydowanie oferuje najlepszy stosunek jakości do ceny!

We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.
