Erasmus Apart Hotel

Recently returned from a wonderful stay at this apart hotel. They were so super friendly and went out their way to make sure I was looked after. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible. Couldn’t have asked for more for the stay, will be visiting again.

What can I add to previous reviews. This is our umpteenth time here. We’ve previously been to other accommodations in Dalyan then we found Erasmus and Tur*** and his wonderful staff. First the hotel so convenient for Dalyan,but quiete. I don’t know where to start with the breakfasts,everything so fresh and lots all served in the garden by the pool. Freshly pressed orange juice home made jams etc.all served with genuine warmth really really wonderful welcome. We’re back in September,can’t wait.

This was my second visit to the Erasmus apar**ent and it was just as good as I remembered it was. Such a warm welcome and nothing is too much bother for Deniz or her father. The location cannot be beaten as it's only a 5 min walk to the main street with its bars, shops and restaurants...and only a further 5 mins along to get a boat that takes you to Turtle beach. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning and the buffet breakfast plentiful and delicious

After 2yrs absence because of covid we have just returned from our favourite holiday resort Dalyan.Once again we stayed with Tur*** at Erasmus. We have stayed in a variety of places in Dalyan in the past hotels villas etc but none compare to the welcome and friendliness we’ve had for our frequent stays at Erasmus.Erasmus only has 10 rooms so is small in comparison to some hotels but makes up for this with service second to none.the rooms are large,not plush but comfortable,there’s a swimming pool and breakfast is taken in the garden.I haven’t space to describe the breakfast suffice to say they’re excellent.Tthis year we met really nice other guests from around the world. One more thing the hotel is really close to town 2 or 3 minutes . But extremely quiet. Tur***s staff are all outstanding so so friendly.

Everything I wanted basic, clean roomy. Service was amazing including mammoth breakfast. If you want an apar**ent near to river and paved area in Dalyan. Look no further I will definitely rerun Thank you again

The family owners of the Erasmus are simply wonderful hosts. They are totally focused on ensuring their guests are happy and fed - the Turkish breakfast has to be seen to be believed! Fantastic hotel.

Erasmus what can I say? a Wonderfully simple yet Charming clean bohemian style apar**ent simply doesn't do it justice. Situated less than 2 mins walk from Dalyan main street and 5 minutes from the river banks where you can chill watching the beautiful famous tombs or take a boat trip to the famous Turtle beach (Iztuzu)or many other beauty spots, its also close to the main square by the mosque (maybe 5-10 mins depending on your pace) Its ideally situated so you have your peace yet everything is walking distance including local dolmus to take you to Iztuzu beach. Erasmus has beautiful views especially if you get a first or second floor room. Both are lovely and I had choice of either. However, the main reason I would return again and again is to stay amongst the beautiful souls who run it and who make your time at Erasmus exceptionally Special. Words don’t bring justice. I suddenly found I was on my own as my friend had gone home earlier than me needed at work. I was feeling rather isolated staying in a nearby hotel where I'd stayed before and felt safe and happy. But it was apparent the season had finished there, hence the pool was getting drained so I couldn’t swim, sun loungers were taken in, there was no guests apart from groups of men. Basically, the a**osphere had changed drastically and I felt my mood getting sad. The weather was still beautiful but I felt very self-conscious and very alone. Hence why I was considering a move as I couldn’t carry on there. I decided to look at my options. When approaching Erasmus I could see the pool still clear and inviting with the bright mid-morning sun shining on the water and this was November, loungers still out ..yes!! welcoming the afternoon sun from its lush grass to the blowing palm trees, to top it off happy welcoming faces. "hey welcome would you like a coffee? Please come, join us " .aghhh, I felt humbled and relaxed. After chilling a little with my coffee and a chat with Tur***, I made the deal for me moving to the Erasmus, and I can say hand on heart it was my Best on holiday choice I ever made. First of all, a mention to Tur*** the wonderful proprietor who speaks amazing English as well his native Turkish and German. I felt at home right away as he has a special way about him that made me feel welcome, a cool, bohemian, gentle, intuitive and calm character of a man who seemed very genuine, nothing too much trouble and makes everyone feel like family rather than a guest. Also a big thankyou to beautiful ladies Cemile and Burcu who overseen the daily running of this lovely hotel smoothly from a friendly smile and chat, just like my sisters. Burcu makes the best coffee and hopefully I will sample it again soon. The Amazing Turkish breakfasts leave you not wanting to go out for breakfast, why when you can relax and eat here or if you fancy an Omelette instead cooked by lovely Cemile, delicous. However you have a full kitchen in your apar**ent with all cooking utensils
