Dirty and old room with lots of mosquitoes in the room. Slow service, called the front desk many times. Worst experience was the Chris**as party where they were blasting the music until 1am in the morning. Our room is 10m away from the DJ and our kids couldn’t fall asleep until the middle of the night.

This was our favourite hotel of the trip! Our family of 4 were separated into two huge rooms by a balcony so we were easily able to spend time in each others rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We used the swimming pool on a couple of occasions and my children enjoyed watching the birds and widlife whilst in the water! I indulged in a spa trea**ent that was also very nice. The restaurant had plenty to choose from and also had wonderful views over the paddy fields. Plenty of wildlife to spot including giant squirrels, Lizards, palm squirrels and birds. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our holiday!

The resort is beautiful, the greenery that surrounds us provides a very soothing feeling. We have merged with nature. You need to see it and feel.

Excellent stay that was. Had many options to enjoy. The villa was exceptional, because it gives enough space and a calm environment. Staff members were really helpful and friendly. If someone is looking for a peaceful stay, this would be ideal place to look for.

the hotel is superb, very well located near the tourist attractions. located in an oasis of peace sorrounded with mango trees. in the morning you wake up with the song of the birds, and the jumping from one tree to another of the goofy and the lovely squirrels. very good food, both local and international. very nice staff.

Helpful staff, grounds and facilities lovely. WiFi not good though if you need to do more than check e-mails. Breakfast , everything you could want but evening buffet very basic and as there are a lot of big tour groups not a great place to eat.

This property is the same as 'Sigiriana Resort by Thilanka'. The staff were warm and hospitable. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden from the balcony. Food was average and can definitely be better. Was disappointed to see no vegetarian desserts (other than papaya, watermelon & guava) & when I pointed this to the chef, he was kind enough to arrange something for me - a mango : ) The pool, as mentioned by several others, is the highlight.

Everything perfect - staff service, food, facilities, massage, rooms comfort. Looking forward to come back. I definitely recommend this place for a solo couple or family staying in Dambulla area. Loved it!
