以這種等級的集團酒店，空具豪華酒店框架，硬件破敗，管理特別糟，泳池更衣室比路上加油站的廁所還糟，遠不值這價格。

性價比很高，有園林，有泳池，自助餐也比較豐盛，房間也很有特色，房間的設施有些陳舊，但是不影響入住的心情。

*W środku lasu człowiek czuje się jak w dżungli. Dookoła dzikie zwierzęta (małpy, pawie, jaszczurki, żaby, owady a nawet słonie). *Hotelowe domki bardzo przyjemne, drewniane, wyposażone w duże łóżko, dużą szafę, tv, łazienkę oraz balkon. *Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Mieliśmy problem z jaszczurkami i komarami w pokoju ale obsługa wygoniła jaszczurki i dała urządzenie do gniazdka na komary. *Na terenie hotelu znajduje się odkryty basen, leżaki, jest również siłownia (ale nie korzystaliśmy). *Jedzenie bardzo dobre, można wybrać typowo angielskie jak również różnego rodzaju curry. Świeże soki oraz owoce. Polecam :D

The rooms are really big, nicely decorated and well maintained. The complex of the hotel is also really nice. There is a pool, a volleyball field and a little playground. Unfortunately, they didn’t have enough loungers at the pool. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle which is why there are many animals like monkeys and peacocks running around the area. The food and the service was also great. They also offer massages.

the most beautiful hotel in Sri Lanka. amazing environment, great service, good Food, the best work man especially - Dulshan gamage, who gave me the best cocktail in the world!!!! Never forget in this night in Paradise hotel . maybe I'll get here again sometime. thank you!

Our stay was really comfortable, the room was coolled bofore our arrival which was really nice because we were overheated after the trip. Room was really big with two floors and big bathroom, very clean with a lots of cosmetics including toothbrushes and shaving accessories. There were various choice of food, for brealfast and for dinner it was possible to try many Sri Lankan dishes. Everything was really delicious and fresh, waiters were changing fresh food very regularly. Everybody were really kind and helpful, our stay was very comfortable (especially comparing to other places nearby/in this area of Sri Lanka when I was looking for accomodation) and charming🩷

The first room we were given, the AC was not working and had a malfunctioning fridge. then they replaced the fridge and mentioned the AC was not cooling because of incorrect settings. however even after the settings were corrected it was not cooling. then the management took more than 2.5hrs to give us another room in which the AC was not working as well!! finally we were moved to a better room at around 6pm which was more than 4hrs past the check-in time. so much for choosing this hotel to RELAX! At the same price you can find better hotels around Sri Lanka with a better room condition and quality food.

Amazing place with super service. Staff is very friendly & helpful.Rooms are very spacious & comfy. pool is big. surrounding is very clam & beautiful. Food is good. but felt that buffet had some limited choice. If you visit definitely try coconut ice cream at dinner buffet & their homemade yogurt. there was avocado & passion fruit yogurt that day and those are superb. Overall good experience, good place to visit.
