I have never visited a hotel with such a low standard and horrible food as here. The rooms were not arranged well. They do not have an ala carte to order food. They say to request us the food we want, but when we request food they say they don't have them or it can't be offered within this price range. And the food they offered is also very poor quality, can't eat it. Those were made with old oils. They ruined our journey. The management is also very poor service. worst communication. Do not ever visit this place. There are plenty of other choices around this place. Do not visit this place. It's totally horrible.

I went on a group trip on 4/5 December. Had a baddest experience ever. This is the baddest hotel experience for me. They ruined our all journey. Rooms are dirty and not cleaned well, Not enough staff for customer service only one was there. The manager even don’t know how to speak in repeatable manner. Dinner buffet received around 10.30 pm too late. They arrange us a expensive barbecue dish and it was totally burned like something black meet. For the breakfast they served rice which was cooked in last night. Even it was not enough for even half of the team. When we ask about it the manager and one of outside person argue with us without not providing enough food for us. We are highly disappointed about the services we had to experience. Dont go there guys They will burnt your fun. Specifically foreigners who beloved to visit Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 dont choose this, they will ruin your beautiful vacation. You may have several good options around the location.
