Hard Rock Hotel Davos

Ich kann das Hard Rock Hotel Davos nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super zentral, man braucht nur einige Minuten von Davos Platz um hinzugelangen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ( besonders Carla von der Rezeption) und auch die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant und der Bar. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig schmal geschnitten, die Terrasse sehr grosszügig und auf der Südseite, wir hatten tolle Sonne abbekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche übrig.

What a weekend we had! A truely positive surprise! This is not a fake review. We're real customers and we did have a great weekend there! They managed to meet all our expectations or even overperform on various aspects! The hotel is a five minutes walk from the train station Davos Platz. Room big enough, comfy, not too expensive, nicely done, nice bathroom and shower. Infrastructure, lift, staircases - all very nice and presentable. Staff and services: they really make it easy for you to feel at home! Friendly, forthcoming, if the drink is not on the card they check with you and mix it the way you want it. You just want a little snack? They get it done for you. So frienly, so caring, so competent (nice surprise). The bar and food manager is such a nice and customer-oriented person! And she obiously also has a positive effect on her staff, cuz the service was excellent, friendly and very natural and the staff was treating us customers very well. (Leadership by example? Anyway - really good!) You REALLY want to be there, eat there and spend your time relaxing on the terrace or rooftop bar. Breakfast good, rich and nicely presented. Don't know about the spa, cuz we simply did'n go there. Please, check some other reviews on that... Oh yes, and we had a live band playing in the evening that was definitly worth performing in a Hard Rock Cafe. Good pick! Under the bottom line: we're grateful for this positive experience. More than promised, better than expected, very much appreciated. As the man with the sunglasses said: "We'll be back".

Many areas for improvements to keep the rating of 4stars. My room would require some renovations ( damaged furnitures); the underground way to get to spa is not very cozy and welcoming. Hotel seems to combine areas which are new and renovated (spa, dining area) and the spaces which would require the renovation ( rooms).

The Hard Rock Hotel in Davos is one of my vary favorites. The team is professional, kind, friendly, and quick to serve and respond to needs. Check in and check out were fast and also fun. The VIBE is amazing in the hotel... great music, friendly team, clean, great decor, and great food and service. I can't wait to go back.

it’s a great hotel all in all. The receptionist could have done with a smile or a “have a nice stay”. But the waiters and Bar personal made up for it with a super service. In terms of room… don’t get the cheapest one as it’s just too small. It’s a great place for who likes rock music with a touch of class.

HRH Davos is a good quality hotel, well positioned, and fun! The SPA is really nice, the bedrooms a good size - and the balcony a must. Breakfast service was excellent and the car parking / EV charger all worked out well. A great stay in Davos - we will be back !

Our second stay was wonderful and outstanding same as our first time being in this wonderful hotel with a great staff. The breakfast is so delicous. The Barmanager Vladi can always help you to choose the best wine & cocktail. We#ll be back

Excellent located hotel, modern, great facilities all round. Very good quality spa and breakfast buffet very good indeed. Easy access to bus stops for ski lifts and trains. Live music on weekends. Usual hard rock music and memorabilia
