"Very short visit to have quick drink around 11.00 before walking up the mountain. Very very unfriendly reception, aggressive staff (maybe it was the boss?). I would suggest to that unfriendly person to become a taxi driver but not to receive guests. The place is beautiful but the unfriendly reception takes away all the fun. I saw the place and thought I should invite my wife but after that experience, never! Nobody should give their money to such an unfriendly and incompetent team. Unacceptable and the opposite of all other experiences we have traveling in Switzerland."

Located 5 mins by walk from Davos Platz, Promenade and connecting buses within the all Klosters area. Train station and Jakobshorn accessible with ease as well. Family room is perfectly sufficient for 4 persons, providing everything you need for comfy stay and sleep. Overall really the great value for money ratio, happy to come back again …"

"Byliśmy w hotelu Parsenn przez dwie noce i można go w pełni polecić. Hotel ma prywatny parking i znajduje się przed ścieżką parkingową. Wstęp był nieskomplikowany i bardzo przyjazny. Pokój był bardzo czysty i miał wszystko, co potrzebowałeś. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było mnóstwo i miał duży i świeży wybór. Dostępny jest również pokój narciarski i bagażowy. Jesteśmy szczęśliwi, że wrócimy."

"Wreszcie udało nam się zarezerwować jeden z pożądanych pokoi południowych w Walzer House z wirlpoolem. Widok na Sertigtal jest fantastyczny, w ogóle przekonał nas koncepcja hotelu. Doskonały poranek z wieloma świeżymi produktami domowymi, na kolację zarezerwowaliśmy pół pensji, więc możemy skompilować naszą menu z mapy. Jest to również doskonały, dobry i już istniejący serwis. Doskonały stosunek ceny/wydajności."

"Wspaniały 4-gwiazdkowy. Dużo pokoi z podstawami, ale bez luksusów. Wspaniała i uważna obsługa, nawet jeśli czasami, mówienie po angielsku jest wyzwanie dla personelu frontowego (Francuski i niemiecki ok). Jest doskonały basen i sauny. Dla spotkania Davos, 30 minut spacerem w ślizgu. (Zapomnij o transportach naziemnych jakiegokolwiek rodzaju, ponieważ z ruchem WEF będzie to trwać dłużej)"
