I always stay with Wyndham when they have a property available in the area I’m stationed while traveling for work. I’ve stayed at this location enough times to have lost count. Foolishly of me to do so, I’m embarrassed to admit. My first stay to long ago to remember is the only time I didn’t have an issue with the staff themselves or an issue brought on because of them. From them giving a room key to a man and woman who were complete strangers and I only know this because they attempted to break into my room into the middle of the night, so badly that the top lock itself barely prevented them from getting in because it was already close to broken, probably from a previous encounter of the same nature so don’t stay here or if you do don’t complain or they will stand outside your door and listen to you, go through your garbage and say that your makeup on a towel they dug out from the pile is a sign you smoked in the room two minutes prior to leaving. Which they have done something to keep my deposit every time. Even keeping it from an early check out due to the fear of my safety from the attempted break in. From my experience and actual witnessing this is done to everyone who stays and I can’t think of any reason other than them keeping the deposit themselves because they have never and actually refused to print the receipt for the deposit being taken when I needed it for the documentation to email to the corporation. They should fire them all so the stays can be without a flaw
