"Downtown locations are not always in inviting places, but this downtown location is fantastic, with good views, restaurants around, right across the street from the local minor league ballpark, and easy access to major streets and roads. The hotel itself is nice, fairly new, and clean. A few notes for travelers: Laundry: two sets of machines onsite; coin-op ($2.50 to wash, $2.50 to dry); hotel provides free laundry detergent; I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get coins Parking: park with an app; free; convenient; the parking garage will tow cars parked in your spot Lounge and bar: we didn't use the bar, but it seemed popular; board games in the lounge for people to enjoy Housekeeping: we stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned or tidied during the day. There was no notice of this, so we were surprised. When I asked for clean towels, they only had a couple of washclothes on hand. Breakfast: not the best. Ok, but not noteworthy. Bottom line: we would stay here again, though I wouldn't seek it out or insist on it."

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dayton/Riverside Oh ★★

"The hotel appears to have been renovated on the outside, but the interior is very old. The sheets, blankets, towels, and other items are all quite worn. To make matters worse, the hotel has terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations on the TV in the next room, and late at night I could hear people upstairs complaining about the noise on the phone."

Nie doświadczyłem tego sam, ale martwiłem się o bezpieczeństwo nieco daleko od hotelu od personelu handlowego pracującego wokół mnie. Nie było nikogo w nocy i było cicho. Menu śniadaniowe było klasyczne i zadowalające, ale lepiej było, aby móc jeść deser (ciasto serowe Tiramisu) nawet gdy zszedłem około 9:30 wieczorem, nie daleko od godziny zamknięcia."

"Śniadanie jest za darmo, ale to jak w lounge lotniskowym. Kiedy zarejestrowałam się, napiłam się drinka powitalnego do 19:00. Proste piwo i chipsy. Pokój jest o wiele lepszy niż hotel Sheraton o 4:00 na lotnisku O'Hare. Czysty i wygodny prysznic. Tanie, ale dobre pokoje."
