"We spent 6 nights at this hotel - being a family of 4 we booked a family room - wich is 2 double rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were clean and spacious, each with a large bathroom with shower and a private balcony. Breakfast was basic but good, and the stuff made sure to replenish whenever needed. The main advantage of this hotel is its location - right in the historical center, all the city's sightseeings were at walking distance or a short car/tram ride. Another plus - we received a parking voucher for the whole stay and could park in the vicinity for free. Highly recommended! "

"The worst hotel I have stayed in since we became a family 7 years ago. Old, dirty, bad service, everything is far and almost and the air conditioner is not noticeable. The dining room is stuffy and smelly, the beds are too soft and too old so that when you sleep the mattress really sinks. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and they said there was nothing to do in the evening and we had to wait until the morning. The price of a vacation is too high, There were drops of pee in the toilet and hairs on the sheets and exorbitant for a cheap, disrespectful, dirty and unpleasant return. Mostly there is no one to talk to, there is hardly an employee or two who speak English and they are also really unhelpful. The outside food stands are filthy and they refused to give us towels even with the towel card, it turns out that you can only get towels for the hot pools. As already said, paying too much for the value of sleeping in a shocking, dirty, old place with the worst service. I can't believe we have to be here for a whole week."
