You can apply for free visits to their brand exhibition hall and close views of their production workshop when you stay in the hotel. It is very interesting. The design of the hotel is good, the attitude of the front desk clerk is very good, when you check in, you will be informed that there is a construction site next door, there will be noise, you can help upgrade the room type to the relatively quiet side for free. There is welcome fruit, beer drinks in the refrigerator, coffee in the drawer, tea bags on the table, all of which are not extra charged, very generous. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall stay experience is very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Dehua again, I will definitely stay here! When checking out, the front desk lady also presented a Lusheng brand mug as a souvenir. I can say that this is also hot in Thai pants! 😍

This is my first time writing a review and I really can’t bear it! The service was very poor. The first person who checked in at the front desk that day had a bad attitude and was very irresponsible! I booked a deluxe parent-child room and a deluxe twin room. When I checked in at the front desk, I met a person with a bad attitude. After completing the first facial recognition process and not even giving me the room card, I had to go through all the procedures. I was handed back to the front desk person next door, and then the person behind me was checked in. So I went to the next door to check in and waited for a while but didn't see the front desk. I asked the second person to handle it and he was confused. After asking, the person who handled it before found out that the previous person didn't transfer the information in the system and didn't tell her what to do. What! The second person's attitude and work efficiency were okay, and she got it done right away. However, the room was still wrong when she finally checked in. It was the first person who made the mistake again. I reminded her twice that those with children need a parent-child room. , I don’t know anything about my business level or my ability to guide customers! ! As soon as I entered the room, I found water on the bathroom floor. I asked the waiter to deal with it. She said that this room would leak (room number 1913). Average experience! After washing up at night, the bathroom door lock broke and I couldn't get out. I was trapped in the bathroom for more than half an hour in the middle of the night. Living with a family, just close the door after taking a shower. Who would play with the lock when they are full? Bad review!

From Xiamen to Dehua Shiniu Mountain Scenic Spot, I drove by myself and chose this new hotel at the foot of the mountain. The location is very good. The hotel is diagonally opposite to the entrance of the scenic spot. The facilities are very new, the interior design is simple and natural, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk is answerable, and the service consciousness is very strong. If you park, you can use both front and back parking lots. Check out and ask for a parking ticket at the front desk. You can leave before 24:00 on the same day. On the day of arrival of this trip, it was already over 9pm. I checked in after I registered my ID card. The hotel staff was highly efficient as a whole. There was a bar and a small refrigerator in the room. It was just right to put it in because I had not finished eating because I brought the halogen ingredients. There is also a gift of fruit, even if it is an apple or a peach, it feels very warm. Before arriving, there was a telephone consultation with the front desk about whether to build the road, and the reply was very timely. What is worth improving is the breakfast level. There is nothing to eat when I go around 8 in the morning, and the dishes are slightly inferior. It belongs to the standard of a tour group meal, which is simple rice porridge, noodle paste, noodles, pickles, the kind that is cooked on the spot. It would be better if the restaurant part was managed well. The overall five-star praise, I have recommended friends around me to choose here.

When I checked in last night, I found a pinch of long hair in the wash basin in the room. After the complaint, the room manager personally came down to check the apology and upgraded to the executive hot spring room. It was dealt with in a timely manner. This is worthy of praise. But when I fell asleep, I found that the blue pillow on the bedside had a heavy smell of sweat. It was too disgusting. How long had it not been cleaned? Put it on the bedside and the pillows and quilts were all contaminated. I was drinking tea by the bubble pool this morning and found that there were dusty fluff and long hair beside the sofa, obvious white dirt on the bottom of the sofa, and used toothpicks under the tea table. After looking around, I found that there was a thick layer on the merchandise display shelf. Ash, the dust on the bedside lamp stand is also incredibly thick, I guess it hasn't been cleaned in a few years. With the group management of Meiyuan Hotel, this kind of sanitary condition surprised me very much.

The KTV downstairs was extremely noisy. Calling the front desk was useless. The room facilities were old and there was no shower room. You had to stand on top of the bathtub to take a shower. I was also impressed by Ctrip's four-star standard hotel. The standard room only has a charging port behind the bedside table in the middle. I'm still using a bedside table from 20 years ago with poor lighting control.

This hotel does not provide heating at night in winter, and does not provide air conditioning at night in summer. The air conditioner was turned on to 15 degrees, and it could only supply air. After looking for the service, I was told that the engineering department had turned off the air conditioner host, and the cooling could only be available after the engineering department went to work in the morning. Can't sleep at all, sweating profusely. Finally, I asked to check out without refund. I took an electric fan for more than half an hour. It wasn't too early to return to the hotel after drinking, but tossed around until six o'clock in the morning. The outdoor temperature is not low in the room temperature, it is simply madness. The hotel where I stayed at more than 300 yuan didn't even have air conditioning, and I didn't give me any follow-up visits and comments. The experience of staying in is very poor. And there was no heating when I checked in last winter. If it is cold, I can still sleep under the quilt. It is uncomfortable to stay in the room. It is really unbearable to stay in the room without air conditioning in summer.

Once you arrive at the hotel, there will be a sense of loss, especially the parking lot on the land, and the restaurant full of bad taste, the lobby is also very general, but when you arrive at the room, you feel good again, the facilities are advanced, there is a smart toilet, the mattress is very comfortable, and when you lie down, the fatigue of the journey has dissolved most of it. The biggest problem with sleeping at night, the air conditioner is not air-conditioned, contact customer service to say that the unified central air conditioner is not air-conditioned, this is very speechless, and the window can be opened at night to sleep. The buffet breakfast on the second day was quite rich. I especially liked the German noodles and tea eggs. The children also liked the breakfast here. The overall feeling of the hotel is quite satisfactory, some disappointments and some surprises,  quality is average.
