Excellent accommodation with friendly service to match. We appreciated the thoughtful early breakfast prior to catching the Spirit of Tasmania..

A wonderfull experience had! Elegant home, decorated and furnished with antiques throughout. Rooms warm and inviting, again beautifully furnished with antiques. A very comfortable bed, slept soundly. A large relaxing verandah offering a quiet place to sit, have a drink and to enjoy the view all day long! Great location, easy short walk to town centre. Delicious breakfast included. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely loved The Grand - old world charm lovingly restored and furnished beautifully, sympathetic to the era. The hosts are warm, friendly, very hospitable and informative.
We had a great sleep because the bed was so comfortable.
The breakfast is exceptional - I'm sorry we will miss the next High Tea.
We don't usually B&B, but will more often now, Thank you Paul and Brenden, you are excellent hosts!
I want to come back.

We loved the four poster bed and bunk bed for our daughter. It was like stepping back in time with all the mod cons. The breakfast was magnificent. The owners are fabulous.

This is a beautiful large vintage house and can be a little confusing. The room was comfortable and large with furniture to go with the period of the house. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent.

A beautiful double storey property in Devonport, amazingly and lovingly renovated and restored by the owners, with tastefull, elegant heritage furnishings throughout. Our room had an incredible sea view overlooking the terminal where the Spirit of Tasmania docks. Stunning! The owners have also created beautiful sitting rooms where guests can sit with a quiet beverage. The room had a 4 poster bed, the furnishings were beautiful and the whole experience exuded comfort, elegance and style. Highly recommended.
