"We cancelled a confirmed and fully paid room for New Year's Eve from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026! We flew in from far away to celebrate New Year's at this hotel. We paid everything in advance and received confirmation of our reservation and payment. Then, on December 31, 2025, at lunchtime, we were shocked to learn that our reservation had been cancelled and our money would not be refunded. Not only was my New Year's Eve ruined, but also my engagement. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on New Year's Eve. They ruined all our plans, which we had been preparing for a month. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me what kind of review I should leave for this hotel?"

"I visited this restaurant several months ago, and enjoyed the experience. However my latest visit was disappointing. They have changed everything around and moved the restaurant. Upstairs are the staff, and downstairs by the river for customers. Access to downstairs is poor. Downstairs there is no member of staff. And you have to scan a qr code on your table to access the menu. And just hope they bring the correct item. If you need a member o of staffs attention, you need to climb back up to the upstairs floor. Apart from that, the food has very small portions, is not that tasty and very overpriced, as are the drinks! Not a place I shall ever return to."

"Zostałem sam jako podróżnik w Jasmine Hills Lodge przez 4 miesiące, od grudnia 2023 do kwietnia 2024, i dokładnie to, czego szukałem/potrzebowałem. Pokój, piękny, i powietrze jest wypełnione zapachem plumerii kwiatów (frangipanis) wielu kolorów i odmian. Zostałem w jednym z miasteczek i był doskonały. Codziennie rano karmiłem rybę przed moimi drzwiami i zasnąłem na dźwiękach wielu istot w Tajlandii w nocy. Często spałem z otwartymi drzwiami (z zamkniętymi ekranami) aby pozwolić na chłodny wiatr, ale w połowie marca i kwietnia zagrzewał się trochę w nocy na to. Tak jak cieszyłem się naturą i otoczeniem Jasmine Hills, to ludzie naprawdę uczynili pobyt tak niesamowity, jak to było. Dolly, Paul i ich pracownicy Ding, Fa, i Na traktowali mnie tak bardzo z dobrocią i rozwagą, że trudno mi było odejść. Jasmine Hills to wspaniałe miejsce do pobytu, czy to tylko na jedną noc, czy na 6 miesięcy, nie będziecie rozczarowani. Dziękuję, Dolly, Paul, Ding, Fa, i Na. Mam nadzieję, że wrócę pewnego dnia... Najlepsze życzenia dla wszystkich."
