Our office has chosen Vinh Hoang Hotel as a place to stay and organized training for partners. The hotel has a very convenient location, quite close to the center, in the evening after a full day of training, we can go to the beach in front of the hotel - choose one of the many seafood restaurants along the coast to use. dinner, seafood - or we can walk downtown for snacks. The hotel room is quite spacious, the equipment is standard, at first I did not think that a private hotel is so good :) The meeting room is also great, has a very beautiful view of the sea, sound and light , projector lights, screens are all standard. Meeting room service is also very good, when needed, they all respond very quickly and enthusiastically, there is always 1 person sitting on duty so that guests can receive and handle any request immediately. Although the swimming pool is a bit small, it is located on the top of the hotel, from the pool you can see the whole view of the sea and the estuary of the city. Our whole group is very satisfied with the service of Vinh Hoang Hotel, if we have the next opportunity, we will definitely book the hotel again!

Location is 20 〜 30 minutes walk to eat and supermarket It was good if only convenience stores were nearby. I was able to relax because there was a canal or river in front of me and there was a promenade or quiet. I was satisfied because I liked the buffet and looked forward to it! It was nice that the room was large, but if I sat on the desk with a chair １ and another one, I had to sit on the bed, but it was difficult to use because there was too much distance from the bed. It was clean at first glance, but there was a feeling that the floor was not cleaned well with tiles. There were cup ramen, beer, etc., and I was grateful for the night clothes at ２ 10,000 dong. The staff were all kind and we were able to consult late check-out and motorcycle rental while using translation. Bike rental was made in the hotel parking lot, and it was borrowed at 150,000 dong for 24 hours in the cub, so I was able to go sightseeing and shopping. ２ I stayed for a night but I was very comfortable, so I would like to stay again next time.

I stayed at the hotel for four days of a business travel and felt very comfortable during my stay. The spacious balcony in front of my room let me enjoy the morning and the wonderful spacious riverside view. The room is clean and I saw housekeepers made up rooms very proficiently. The breakfast is homestyle and great. The front desk young man is very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English. He can provide any information you need during your stay. In the morning of my leaving day, they also prepared breakfast for me minutes before I took the taxi. The room rate is very economic. A great value.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Not all the staff was able to speak English but this is not unusual in Vietnam. Through the staff which did speak English we were able to book a daytrip to the caves in Phong Nha which is absolutely worth a visit! Staff in general was very helpful and even booked us tickets for the sleeper train to Hanoi. Location is very good although it is generally quite difficult to find a restaurant with a menu in English (we managed with pointing out pictures on the menu). Dong Hoi is a city with a lot of potential which, however, still has to be developed (lots of opportunities for nice bars and restaurants along the seaside which are not there yet).

The hotel has a very impressive design that brings a pleasant, western feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, always happy to help our group a lot. Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel

Bamboo's house and staff were very friendly and welcoming during this coronavirus pandemic. This was one of the few places accepting foreigners so there were many people staying there. The rooms are very affordable, have comfortable beds, cold ac and Netflix! We were staying for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 with no problems. Breakfast was included and served freshly. We enjoyed sitting in the rooftop bar overlooking the ocean. He plays some of the best music to keep you relaxed. Beer is cheap and the pizza was excellent. We ate it 2 nights in a row. We were able to get laundry done and back to us the following morning. If you are into caves, he is very knowledgeable as he was once a guide. I fell in love with his cat ”Meow” and he has a cool dog named ”Dan.” We wouldn't stay anywhere else!
