1) Śniadanie - musieliśmy wielokrotnie prosić o zamówienie jajek, przez 3 kolejne dni mężulek nie otrzymał zamówienia na śniadanie, albo było źle, albo nie przyszło. Kiedy poszliśmy dalej, poproszono nas tylko o czekanie.
2) Pokój - kosmetyki nie zostały uzupełnione, więc musieliśmy poprosić o maszynkę do golenia i szczoteczki do zębów.
3) obsługa - ogólnie życzliwa. Załoga kawiarni była przyjazna i pomocna. Załoga baru Ripples Lounge - również przyjazna. Zaoferowałem mojemu dziecku darmowe lody w Boże Narodzenie?
4) lokalizacja jest odrobinę niewygodna, jeśli nie zamierzasz spędzić całego dnia w hotelu. Droga do dowolnego miejsca była długa, nie wspominając o korku.

Our stay was great.
We had a misunderstanding about the child stay which was covered by the hotel manager and provided us a complimentary extra bed for our child.
There was a construction on the neighbor land, so it is hardly recommended to book the room with palm view to prevent disturbing sound of construction at the evening.
The staff were so kind and welcoming.
Thanks to the manager for supporting us during our stay 🙏

The location is right at the end of the Palm, so good for seclusion and a beach get-away, but far from downtown Dubai. Great service, great food, nice amenities. Private beach is well kept and very spacious, but pool is a bit busy during the day and sauna facilities are a bit small (only 2 people at a time).

I arrived at 5am. I had previously notified them of my early arrival. Attendee said They should be able to get my room by 1130am. This time came and went and I had no update. I explained to them that I hadnt slep in more than 24hrs. I was ready to collapse. I saw people come and go and get checked in and sent to their rooms before me. I tried to cancel my room and they would allow me to. I had to sleep on the sofa in the main foyer on display to everyone walking through until 230pm. I was really appaulled at the inefficiently of the room managment. No true 5 star hotel would ever let this happen to one of their guests. I will never stay at a sofitel again as a result of this experience.
