Too much crowded and breakfast needs to be at 2 locations at least. Not many options for breakfast and not even get a place to sit in breakfast area.

Just the basics, that's it nothing more. They charge u even for basic amenities. Kind of sad from a well known hotel chain..
Location food etc is decent.
There a much better alternatives with similar budget. Don't recommend.

1-More than 30min I’m waiting for check in
2- It was very noisy in the 6th floor because of the repairs at 8 am. The pool is not added. The rooms are very small. I will not repeat the visit, Mr. Al-Qadima and the reception team are not and cooperate. Thank you

The hotel is great and clean, and staff were very accomodating. Breakfast food was also superb. However, we experienced a little problem during the initial booking. We hope that the hotel would be flexible to change and update the details specially of its less than 10 minutes after its booked.
Story: I accidentally booked the room with wrong dates. After confirming, I immediately called the hotel and one of the hotel staff said I can have it amended through Trip.com since its not yet in their system and its only 5mins after I booked it.. But, to cut story short, I ended booking 2 dates for the same room instead of one. Cause I can no longer amend it according to them. I respect their policy, but if they could be a little flexible, the whole trip would be 100% amazing.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in terms of cleanliness and customer service
So much so that I waited five hours to get a towel
And rooms and all hotel smell very very Bad
And breakfast i paid for 3 days including breakfast but from the first day i decided to don’t go down for breakfast because it was more than terrible

The Hotel is located in the center of the city, hence the accessibility to anywhere in Dubai is so easy. Rooms were spacious. The facilities were also excellent. The room service were poor, we asked for bottle of water and the response were so arrogant.
Overall the experience were good.
