Location is not good accessible to metro station although it is nearby, because the road is not even if you have luggage to pull. Of course it is convenient if you don’t have bigger bags. It is nearby airport and a metro station
It’s also a surprise that the hotel has a shuttle service to a shopping mall if you’re keen to shop
Overall the hotel is worthy of money. However the class of 5 star is misleading in terms of overall standard of the hotel

From my entering the hotel I was greeted by a very friendly lady at reception, everything was smooth and checkout was quick and easy.

First time we book to this hotel ..I was very satisfied and happy for the service and facilities it was clean , good spot for staycation . . . I'm very happy to come back again to this hotel ..and I guarantee and refered this to all my friends this hotel ..

Not the hotel that I would recommend to. Worst service. Staffs showed discrimination! Only good thing is their restuarants. Come only to dine and go to the bar. But staying is not recommended.
