位置不錯，周邊配套也行，就是設施太陳舊了，衞生很一般，服務人員敷衍，第二天還要換房間，下次不會再選這裏了。

Didn't like: The room had no towels - The fridge was warm and noisy - The breakfast was not favorable - no buffet in the room - cleaned the room only once in five days. The decoration was too fuzzy (not my choice of course). Did like: Two large parking spots near the hotel. Good access to the metro and public transport. The receptionist was polite.

Horrible experience. The food they serve for breakfast and lunch is garbage. Attached are the pictures of the breakfast. We were told that the hotel got worse with a new owner. I hope this person goes bankrupt. The only positive moment is that the hotel staff is nice and friendly.

Menu options displayed in elevator and menu given in room did not have any of options listed... you can hear through walls all hours of the night. Bad internet reception and no channels on TV... would not recommend... wish i could get a refund!

Very bad quality services and housekeeping. Quality of the hotel is not good. Bad sleep quality. Staff very average. Not value for money. Only location is good as it close to restaurants, malls etc. Cleanness is very bad. Internet is very slow.

Warm welcome and very good customer service specially at the reception Imam and Haroun both were very polite and humble . We arrived bit early ahead of chek in time but Horun managed to clear the room for Us ASAP.

Good hotel!!! I was here with my wife and 5 year ols child.Attentive staff. They gave us additional bed for chond. I can give even more then 3 stars. Satisfying breakfast and lunch. Location is very good. Very very clean!!! RECOMMENDED FOR A REST!!

Staff was actually not good how to speek with customers.room is little bit ok but inside have nothing.only one tea bag and two suger packate only.no water inside the room.staff was rood.room service lady and one of security boy give nice greet and service thats all.never come back and dont come anyone here.

I can't say I'm surprised at how highly this hotel is rated. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Even though the wifi in the room was not connected at all, the staff did nothing to help. To top it off, the reception staff laughed and dismissed my request for a different room. This is a serious problem though.
Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel.
