I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The location of this hotel is very good. It's very close to Dubai Mall, just walkable distance but the roads are that good. So better to take a taxi. The staffs are very friendly and very good at service. The rooms are not that clean. The furnitures are very old and damaged. Also the swimming pool is very small. Overall the stay was not too good and not too bad.

Unfortunatly the pool, lounge, rooftop and gym was closed due to renovation. Its a good location. Also I liked the open view which isnt blocked by several buildings.

Such a good stay. They have upgraded my room to Premium Suite. There are bathtub with a nice a view. Didn't had a chance to use it as I only back in the hotel to sleep :). The location is quite a distance to the Dubai Mall especially when my stay during the summer. To walk about 800m to 1km to the Dubai Mall under the hot sunny weather is quite challenging. Anyway I still like the location as it is near to the Downtown area. Many eateries nearby available til 1am to 2am everyday.

This is my 6th trip to Dubai so I have stayed at various Dubai hotel and stayed at various Millennium hotel around the world. This is first trip after the pandemic and first time at this hotel.
Millennium hotels are well known for the quality hotels that is why I chosen this hotel but not this one in Dubai. This Millennium central downtown hotel is not considered 4 stars.
The room size is ok but it is outdated with furniture worn out. Bed linens are torn with stains on them. Toilet is full of mould and wash basin dirty.
I am also unlucky that a few families are staying at the same level so it is really noisy day and night.
Hotel is 20 mins walk away from Dubai mall and 30 mins away from Dubai mall metro so hotel is not near the metro.
Only a few hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, the rest ignored you even when you are seeking help. One of the staff, AMR provided good service. He provided me the best service and support when I lost my wallet. Thank you so much AMR.
There is no security staff at the lobby as well when it happened.
This hotel showed me the good and the bad but I would stay at other hotel next time. Or maybe I am just unlucky.

Good location, beautiful view, about 1km away from Dubai mall and there is a great restaurant Kana cafe nearby. International breakfast, lots of good choices (but it was quite crowded there in the morning, especially past 9am). Friendly stuff and nice swimming pool area. We stayed there for 8 days, had a little issue with room service though, as we only got a change of towels a few times but our room or bathroom were not cleaned or mopped throughout that period at all.
