Check in is horrible. No hospitality at all. The staff made my guests wait more then an hour easily in the lobby.

The worst hotel I have been to in a long time! There is no soundproofing at all, you sleep as if in the street. You can hear your neighbors as if there were no walls between you. The noise makes it impossible to sleep! The hotel is all old. Terrible stink of fried food in the room, stinks of garbage in the hallway!!! There were dirty towels waiting for me in the room. After taking a shower in the bathroom a large layer of water, as the drainage is not thought out at all. Service is just 0! Breakfasts are terrible! You are served tea in bags and there is no milk or muesli. Just disgusting! Never stay here, it is better to sleep outside, there you will be nicer!

The apar**ent is spacious and clean. Staff are always helpful especially restaurant staff who are ever smiling and going beyond the call of duty. Ceciliah especially remembered all my preferences and is always ready with suggestions when you ask.

Everything was perfect and higher than my expectations, the reservation team was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to see you again next time. The best Hotel in the city is yours I’m so glad that I chose you. I really liked the Cecillah she was so kind.

A wonderful place place well equipt with all amenities in the room as it's hotel apar**ent . The place is well situated as you can easily assess the city from the they. Gaston in la Maison restaurant was awesome and the breakfast buffet is very fresh with so many virieties

I a very grateful to all hotel staff for their attention to details and for making our stay a very comfortable one. The room service was wonderful and the space of the room was superb breakfast was very good Thanks to Ahmed at the reception for the room and for the late check out 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
