Widok z hotelu jest niesamowity, szeroki widok, w tym wieża Burj Khalifa. Przestronne pokoje, ale trochę stary budynek prawdopodobnie wymaga remontu. Nie podobał mi się zapach z windy, prawdopodobnie dlatego, że jest to typ apartamentu hotelowego, więc większość gości gotuje. Personel jest miły i przyjazny. Obsługa jest dobra. Dzięki Sujith z basenu, która jest bardzo przychylna. Również Hina z recepcji, bardzo pomocna i przyjazna.

The hotel is quite old
And current under renovations
So it’s quite noisy and disturbing.
Not so recommend
Only thing good is near to the metro and cheap price

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.

It’s always a good time coming back here. The location is absolutely perfect right next to financial center metro station and some good restaurants nearby. It has to work more on cleanliness and on providing quicker service. Overall it’s a comfortable place.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is perfect , everything near to you , but the serviece + cleaning , furniture very bad , also they cost you like you will stay at 4 or 5 star hotel when in reality the hotel is 1 or 2 star maximum .. I can't stand beenig there more than one day , after that I checked out and went to other Hotel , even if the hotel I went was a bit far from everything but the Cleaning and furnture and the serviece very important to me , I rather to take taxi everytime i go out than staying in bad hotel just for the location .. this is my honset review about Emrqties Grand hotel , never again ..

room view and balcony view was amazing. the toilet cleanliness could be better.

Totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel and will not choose it again! The rooms both had Mold and the air was not clean. the room were old and not cleaned properly. There was considerable noise from the renovations.
Service was nonexistence.
Furthermore, the GYM was NOT available!
