Damac Towers by Paramount

We visited Paramount Hotel Dubai and it was so amazing and stunning. Especially service at Malibu was exceptional even if Pool was closed in order to maintain the quality and of course it is impossible to not to mention Abubakir. Thanks for lovely moments!

Been visiting malibu for the past 2 years now, sutch beautiful place. Nice food good stuff and excellent quality service from Emilly the Kenyan lady 👌 always smiling and quick with the service. Weather you are visiting or staying in the hotel make sure you visit them and ask for Emilly.

Came to the apar**ent on 6th of july and overall the room was good,but I didn't felt a heart touching service from the staff.once I gone to front office and I complained about their wifi problem in the gym, she didn't solved my problem. instead of that she suggest to use my own wifi or data.today I came to the pool side and I asked to take a photo of me from the pool guard and he refused to do that.

From the management offices, leasing people and front desk girls, super bad experience. None of this guys shouldn't work in hospitality. Too bad Damac is such a strong brand, but with so bad employees

Incompetent securty staff, makes rules as they want, most properly looking for guests to bribe them. Reception staff at the residences incompetent and some of them with very limited English language skills. Place is full of ***********, Nice product but completely mismanagement. If you stay in Dubai longterm better stay with Emaar, more professional from booking to check out. Never again Damac for me

We were in this hotel for almost a week. The hotel has a beautiful, luxury reception and lobby. it is a new and clean hotel, but the bathroom soap holder and towels in our room were old. Even the shampoo and conditioner in the room was not good quality. Thought it is a 5 star hotel, the room’s mini bar was empty and almost every day we had to call the room service to make up the room. The buffet breakfast was really good and everyone there was so nice and helpful and they gave us amazing breakfast experience. Most of the time elevators had so much delay but what to do! The room were huge and the bed was really comfortable. Thought the staffs were so friendly and nice, the services like valet parking and service at the pool were so slow. It caused me to change my mind to order food and drinks when I was using the pool. Overall, it is reasonable to be 4 star hotel not 5 star specially when I compared it with other 5 star hotels in Dubai

The Paramount by Damac. Such a lovely place to live in. The staff are great and the facilities are amazing I also suggest visiting Flashback which is an amazing lounge, where live performers play almost daily, food is a plus. But the best thing about the place is the service. Dilan is an amazing hostess where she can recommend amazing drinks and food for you and your friends and she does it efficiently, and with a smile always, she really put great vibes to the place. An amazing stay at a hotel like no other we’ve stayed in. The style is quite unique, and the service was absolutely fantastic. We were specially grateful to Ahmed at the front desk who made us feel welcome from the start, set up an anniversary surprise for us at our room and was overall helpful at every stage. The breakfast was really good and the staff at the Center Stage restaurant were all incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms and amenities really impressed us, and we definitely enjoyed some time off at the hotel pool. Would definitely come back on our next trip to Dubai.

Sent from the all-new AOL app for Android Classy, shiny, not a great location for seeing the city The paramount is a well appointed modern hotel that is probably the next best thing to staying in  Hollywood hotel. The Psram9unt film theme pervades, almost relentlessly, and fine detail is observed. The Covid seating restrictions are mocked up to look like the spaces are reserved for Hollywood stars, furniture has pictures of  Hollywood legends as backrests; I tried out the Bob Hope. Even the lifts are themed. One of them opens up to a big black and white picture of Jerry Lewis struggling with too much luggage and the foyer has a prominent picture of Marlon Brando as the Don himself, nearby there is a seat reserved for the Don . For me checking-in made for a bumpy ride, no one could find my reservation. They eventually did, but not until 04:00 hours, which necessitated me packing, at that ungodly hour, and moving. This, after travelling for twelve hours or more, an ideal welcome after a long-haul flight. The Paramount film theme continues to the bedrooms, with tripod mounted studio lighting to make it feel like you are on 'on set'. Quotations, written in different areas abound, mostly uncredited, so there's a competition in the making. The speakeasy bar probably does have a prohibition era a**osphere, or at least we must assume that's how a 1930s speakeasy may have felt. The actual location, Business Bay, is not a pretty place, and not near enough to anything to attract you here unless you need to be here. (I did, work). It's certain that to get to anywhere like The Marina or the Malls, you will be taking a car, even getting to the nearest Metro is a car ride. This does make the hotel feel isolated. That said, there are good views of the Burj Khalifa from one side of the tower, otherwise, in common with most hotels in Dubai, your views are composed of high rise towers, semi- desert landscapes, and very busy roads, which are impossible to cross on foot. The real stars here are the hotel staff who are expert in hospitality. Amine and Silviara were particularly good in the dining room, at breakfast,  the conference staff were very friendly and professional too. As hotels go this is pretty much as good as it gets here in Dubai; classy, in a very shiny way, without being old-person-stuffy. If you stay in the hotel complex, and are happy with the pool, Gym, etc. you may not have to take a taxi or Uber to satisfy your needs. If you are staying here and want to explore Dubai, get an Uber app or the Careem app., the latter is cheaper.
