Неплохой апарт-отель за разумную цену. Из минусов - до всех интересных мест надо ехать, но ехать недалеко, простые номера. Рядом достаточное количество магазинов и ресторанов.

I had a great stay at the Grand Heights. Victoria and Manik made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Grand Heights.

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned.
Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper.
The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh.
Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not.
You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

The hotel is very clean. The receptionist is so accommodating with all our concerns. The rate is cheap and reasonable with their services. Good job and keep up the best work! I'm nit sure if I remembered the name of the girl 'jeline'. She is very welcoming.

Its an excellent choice for an apar**ent hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Cleanliness and service are their greatest strength.

The staffs at the Hotel from reception to the domestic are friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is well look after and environment quiet.

Stuff went missing from my room, microwave didn’t work, cold water 3 out of 4 times I showered. Lights would randomly stop working and hassled by 1 staff member at front, other ones were good tho. No dryer, Had to wait an extra hour and a half to check into my room wasting my day. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody els, might as well have stayed in a hostel for 1/3 of the price.
