Salle de bain pas nettoyer et j’ai dû laisser un laisser un mot au housekeeper pour nettoyer la salle de bain avec wc et le sol de la chambre non nettoyer tous les jours.
On refait le lit et le mobilier remis à sa place uniquement et beaucoup de poussière.
Ça rigole pas dans cet hôtel earlier check in j’ai dû payer 200dirhams 54€ de plus pour juste avoir une chambre avant 14h car mon avion est arrivé tôt le matin.
A cela ajouter la taxe 90dirhams , 24€ que la réception m’a mis la pression de régler le lendemain de mon arrivée.
Côté traitement clientèle je trouve très nul , piscine crade et salle de fitness trop petite la chambre était grande que la salle Fitness.
Un peu bruyant pour les voisins des autres chambres qui se réveillaient trop tôt avec du bruit et cri.
Je recommande pas vraiment l’hôtel et surtout le petit-déjeuner très nul pas copieux.
On m’a attribué la chambre 301 juste pour me faire payer 54€ en earlier Check in ( arrivé tôt) pourtant sûrement il y avait des chambres libres.

Good ratio price per what you get. Huge room, bathtub with hot water. Could be tidier though it seems like it's more about wear and tear. If you are too picky give a quick check what else can you get for this price and if you can afford to go up in price give this place a miss. Solid 3.

Very bad location and very bad place and bad area I really don't recommend it I will not go again I don't know how did they get 4 Statr I think 1 star is ok

Experience as so so, too far from metro station "Union".
One advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby.
