Great hotel, with a good location! Pool and gym on the roof were nice! Breakfasts and lunches were also great! Room was big and clean with balcony and nice view! Super comfortable bed ! Great service, thanks for that to all team and especially Denmar

We are staying here for two weeks, everything is fine, everyone is happy, the staff at the reception desk is friendly and very kind, we were especially lucky with the cleaning lady Denmar, she is very kind, after her we have clean room and a great mood!)

The place is good. Mr Tamer at the reception is very cooperative and the house keeping, especially Rahul and Ishara are very good and polite. The place is near to bus stations, internet city metro station. There are lots of facilities in the surrounding area.

The hotel area is in good location. Easy to find , smooth check-in. The cleaning service provided by Ishara & Rahul is excellent. They excel in communication and ensure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, resulting in a very satisfying stay overall.

Ishara is a lovely Indian worker always with a smile and trying to create a nice experience to the visitors. She cleans my room and it’s a very hard worker girl. I live in the grand belle vue and without any doubt, the people that work here are the main value of this place, which is now my house.
