Co nam się podobało:
Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ze śniadania
Nasze pokoje były na tym samym piętrze
Personel był gościnny i pełen szacunku
Basen i siłownia były dostępne i wyglądały świetnie
Co nam się nie podobało:
Pokoje nie były gotowe do zameldowania
Jeden pokój musiał być czysty. Umywalka w łazience była brudna
Wszystkie nasze pokoje nie miały szczoteczki do zębów ani drugiego ręcznika, więc musieliśmy o nie poprosić
Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie wymagało od nas oczekiwania co najmniej 20 minut. To spowodowało, że spóźniliśmy się na rezerwację.
W sumie był to zadowalający pobyt.

This hotel is great value for money. Although it is a bit far from anything, there are some small places to eat within walking distance, and the food provided by the hotel is excellent. The pool and sauna are lovely. The gym is small, and has no leg equipment, but it is good enough all things considered. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nice. It has everything, good service, good hygiene, the bed is comfortable, the swimming is also nice.
However, the only downside could be the location, it is a little far from downtown, there is no metro around, no taxi but the reception or security guards can help you get one online.
Overall, I highly recommend it.

It the reservation from trip.com it was written there is sofa bed but when we arrived and checked in into the family suite the hotel informed us there is no sofa bed and it is a mistake from the trip.com
The location of the suite window was on main street which was too noisy we couldn’t sleep at night.
The cleaness of the carpet was not good

It’s the worst hotel in customer service ever. The hotel itself is nice and clean however their customer service sucks and take away the beauty of the hotel. I regret spending my money in a hotel treat their guests in a horrible and unprofessional way.
