Stan dwupokojowego apartamentu, w którym mieszkałem w 2609, był dość zużyty i zaniedbany. Plamy na zasłonach, obtłuczony stół w jadalni, zniszczone sofy, niektóre niedziałające światła itp. Poduszki były zdecydowanie za miękkie. Dopłaciłem, żeby zobaczyć Burdż Chalifa z balkonu, ale widok nie był wart dopłaty.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall. Being a new hotel, the facilities are also excellent, with refreshing air conditioning perfect for a desert city. The service is very attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. If you booked through Trip.com, there are separate meal options available that you can order without extra charge. The swimming pool and gym are fully equipped. I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room.

1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com) 2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights. 3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

Checking in was good although when i got the key ,, it was not working. On Friday i spoke to the receptionist regarding the AC,, engineers came and checked but nothing changed

We booked the fountain view room in April 2025. Sadly the fountain was closed for renovation. Overall I'm very happy with the hotel. The highlight was the concierge staff, the gentlemen there were always polite and helpful. The location is great, easy walk to Dubai mall, or you can take the complimentary shuttle. The breakfast was very good too with a good selection of hot and cold food, and great coffee. The room was slightly on the older side but it was clean and very spacious. I wished the windows were cleaned so I could enjoy the view more and take better photos One feedback I would give is that I wished

The room is very spacious and clean. Super closed to Dubai mall (~5mins walk) Staff are nice and helpful, we ordered something from deliveroo (not fresh food) but we were not in hotel when it arrived, and the staff kindly kept it for us until we got back. The only downside is the bathtub area, door is not enclosed (which I already knew beforehand when looking at photos online, but it’s worse than I thought, since water just splashed out to the floor if not careful enough 😭) Also the water temperature changed from time to time so I always had to adjust the temperature several times. Hope improvements could be made on that. Overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.
