Katie and Ezra were the BEST at accomodating ALL of our needs in order to pull this whole destination wedding together! In these times of being short-staffed and the current United States administration paying people to stay home, the service we received this weekend proves that there are young people overworked and still showing EXCELLENCE and KINDNESS to their customers...FANTASTIC

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was really large and comfortable. The bed and shower were great. Our breakfast was above average and they had a staff member serving at a counter, which you don't see at many hotels. I'd like to see the hotel not use so many styrofoam products (plates, cups). It's bad for the environment. That's my only suggestion as everything else was wonderful. If you're staying there I'd recommend dining at Station 101 restaurant and pub. They serve the best food along I-80 in this area.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the water pressure was adequate. The lobby and other general areas were also clean and tidy and smelled nice. We had a king size bedroom which was spacious. The Lighting could be improved upon in the room. There are a few lamps, however, they are not quite bright enough to light up a workspace. For breakfast, they had coffee and juices and typical muffins, bagels, etc. They also had egg, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy. Prepared food was a little bit on the salty side. When we travel through here again, if the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The staff was very kind, but we chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast and both were a disappointment. The pool is closed and breakfast was frustrating. They had cereal and yogurt, but no spoons. They had bagels, but no cream cheese or peanut butter. The coffee was absolutely undrinkable, full of grounds and gross. We brought our dog and were charged a pet fee at check-in, which is fine, except we were told it would be $75-$125. That is a big difference, it's frustrating to not know exactly what would be charged. Our room was fine, but not especially clean. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, we didn't even get a bath mat. It was nice to have a little kitchen to use, but it lacked things like a can opener, flipper and big spoon for stirring. It was definitely two stars. One for the staff, one for the location
