Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Przyjazni i służący pomoca recepcjoniści. Duży bezpłatnyparkig kolo hotelu. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji obok. Napewno powrócę do Dumfris i zatrzymam się w Premier Inn Hotelu. Polecam to miejsce wszystkim

Georgina made this a 5 star review, she went above and beyond to get our room sorted and get us a taxi to have dinner somewhere as the restaurant next door were unhelpful and rude. She was clearly on her own and very busy but still polite and smiley and a credit to Premier Inn 👍

We chose this hotel as it was a good location for an overnight stop on our way to Northern Scotland. It is a nice modern hotel with very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We bought the meal deal and had a lovely evening meal and great breakfast before leaving. We managed to get a couple of hours in Dumfries which is just over 2 miles away and well worth a visit.

Staff was very helpful and polite nothing bad to say about the hotel just the noise throughout the night was shocking when I had my young daughter and my elderly father in a other room

Rooms too warm no ac or control for heating that worked , breakfast was poor quality, plastic feel to fried egg and everything else was poor quality , evening meal was disappointing as we waited over 2 hrs to get all the food to a table of 10, parts of which were wrong and had to be redone by which time most of the table had finished , the bar was poorly stocked too , shambles all round 👎🏻

A comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall clean well appointed room, comfortable bed. We found the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, storing our small freezer block and picnic food in the freezer and fridge, just a small detail but typical of their attitude. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Good hotel, reception staff were quick and friendly. The room was clean enough but the bathroom wasn't really up to standard. Plenty of spaces in the car-park and a maccies for tea few minutes drive away. I wouldn't recommend eating in the attached restaurant.

Avoid this Premier inn! rooms need updating bad odour present. Worst of all was the restaurant poor food, breakfast was rubbish undercooked or over cooked and cold! one morning no cooked breakfast, kitchen malfunction was the story trotted about by a young girl [sacrificial lamb] who had to face the guests alone. i will carry on staying at premier inns but never here again!
