"Well placed hotel for a stop off on the way down to London from Highlands. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was a classic hotel that was well appointed and clean. The room was a touch small, although the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was a bit low, meaning that the shower was a little bit unsatisfactory and the toilet took awhile to refill. The breakfast was wonderful and a clear highlight of the stay!"

"Facilities: old Hygiene: average Environment: An isolated place, a good place for the elderly to gather and retire Service: The front desk manager's service attitude was not good. He was not satisfied with the two room arrangements. The first time was a side room with only half a large window. The second time was a smaller room after communication with Ctrip. The suitcase was opened and there was nowhere to put it. 😭 The advantage is that the breakfast is Scottish 😌."
