From the beginning they did not serve us well. We had to cancel a night because our flight was cancelled and they treated us badly by email before we arrived. They did not refund us the amount for the cancelled night and they also charged us 10GBP for modifying the reservation. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon after the first day, we found the beds unmade, dirty cups not replaced with clean ones and the window open, so it was quite cold. When we told them at the reception they didn't say anything to us, they ignored us.We also left our bags after checking out, even though we were told that they could be stolen.
