After being disappointed by my airline your hotel staff treated me like a REAL KING both the receptionists and kitchen staff. They chatted me up in a very polite manner and to me l nick named them PAIN KILLERS. They should keep that STANDARD UP.

Last minute reservation due to a flight delay causing unexpected overnight stop. Booked on trip.com, arrived to the hotel about 10 minutes later. The bar had great options and staff were friendly. Great room, all needs met!

It was the closest airport I have found near the airport, yet it wasn’t that close. They provide taxi and buses as well yet the price is ridiculous for the bus, which if you walk 2 minutes you can take normal London buses at £1.75. When I have arrived the receptionist was soo unwelcoming, he spoke with arrogance and did not even want to give me more info unless I specifically asked. I am referring to general information, I have asked what time is your first bus as I need to be at the airport by 5am and he said you can come downstairs tomorrow’s morning. He was the only rude one, as there were two other receptionists who where soo kind and welcoming. The room was clean and restaurant options were satisfying.

My sons want me to write this: a great hotel in this trip around the Europe except the Barcelona one; that one was exceptionally nice. This hotel is so close to Wembley and ofc to Wembley hub, and that makes transportation very conveniently. Buy the daily ticket for zone 1-6 except you need to go airport. Half an hour to Buckingham Palace and all around there, and no traffic. I’d have to admit this is good for budget concerning. It saves quite a lot of money. Also, since I have this suite, I can walk about 5 minutes to the local supermarket for food and drinks and fix up a good dinner in the hotel.

Needed a Bed after working In Very Wet n Windy Conditions at London Stadium. paid £11 so not expecting much . slept solid for 10 hours Nice soft pillows Very large rooms with high ceilings. The Pub below is very artistic still has a 19th Century feel all Staff Very Nice Damien behind Bar very passionate about his job also the Young Lady checked me in. Would recommend this as a basic stay in SW1 .

Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Adhere to the traditional peninsula layout, which comes from the business travel style of the golden age of 80/90s. Those who like it will like it very much.

There is no air conditioning or ventilator, only heating system, in the days I stayed in the city was warm and the rooms were very shocked because the natural ventilation was not enough. The beds were comfortable, had USB-tapped and outputs in all beds, but there were no curtains and individual lighting (for those who stay in hostels, know that makes the difference). The bathrooms are spacious and were kept clean as far as possible, because it does not make sense to wait for the perfect space since it is shared, especially in the most frequently moving times. Conclusion: Despite the details mentioned, I would host again, the comfort and structure offered by the hostel and location are compatible with the value paid.

It's such a great place, especially for the price! Really welcoming, amazing common areas with bar, restaurant, pool table. It really gives an amazing vibe. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Loads of options on the menu. Would definitely come back!
