We stayed in an executive class room. It was a beautiful spacious room on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Eilat from a picture window leading out to a small balcony. The service was very good except for the dining room where dishes were not quickly cleared and it was not easy to get coffee or eggs to order at breakfast. The dinner was buffet style and was uneven. First time very good both quality and variety of main. The second time there was no good choice for a meat (steak, roast beef , lamb etc) meal.

A very good hotel. Well kept.
AMAZING view from terrace room. Very good breakfast. The only thing need to improve: pillows,and there is not enough shelfs for storage our stuff. Highly recommended!

Hotel works on the third of capacity.
Swimming pool is in repairs. They explain it “caused by war”.
Reception left us to wait for some 10 min - had important call.
I was wondering - I’m not important.
Breakfast really poor, never ever was in Dan with such minimalistic breakfast.

Very average hotel for such high rating, appears Israeli 5 star hotel = 3,5 - 4 stars in North America. Staff disorganized and don't care, you have to repeat your request number of times to be served, no one cares, valet parking took 38 minutes to pool my car, way below expectations.

Beautiful hotel property with lots of trees with flowers and huge palm trees. Gorgeous views of red sea with a huge breakfast variety. Limited parking.

The roon wasnt clean and smelled of cigarettes but when I told that to the recipient they immediately send somone to clean and spray a good smell.
Overall you enjoyed our stay and definitely return.
