"Zostałem tu przez dwie noce i mam bardzo przyjemne wspomnienia o moim pobycie. Bardzo wolę mniejsze hotele i rozmiar Vista pasował mi doskonale. Mój pokój był mały, ale czysty i przyjemny, z widokiem na wygięte Jordanian Hills. Meals były doskonałe z doskonałą różnorodnością żywności. Pracownicy nie były dokładnie wyczerpujące, ale zawsze pomagające - nie rzadkie doświadczenie w Izraelu. Dla mnie jedynym niepożądanym nie było brak wifi w pokoju. Musiałem zabrać laptop do foyer, aby uzyskać dostęp do Internetu. Czytałem wiele bardzo konfliktowych recenzji Vista na tej stronie i szczerze zdezorientowanym intensywnością niektórych negatywnych recenzji. Są one całkowicie sprzeczne z moim doświadczeniem, zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do żywności, która dla mnie była jednym z głównych punktów miejsca. Nie doświadczyłem żadnego szczególnego hałasu (może miałem szczęście) i mój pokój był czysty. Z pewnością znów tu zostanę na podstawie ostatniego pobytu. Jak inni powiedzieli, hotel jest dobrze położony, blisko wielu dużych łańcuchowych potworów hotelowych, które obfitują w Eilat. Jest to bardzo przyjemne 7 minut lub tak pieszo do plaży. Taksówka z lotniska zajęła około 5 minut. Przejście do lotniska jest około 20-25 minut."

"We were looking for a cheap hotel where we could sleep for one night and we chose this hotel mainly because of the cheap price but also because it is part of the Brown hotel chain. The only thing that was positive - the beds are very comfortable. Everything else was bad - the cleanliness was not good, we asked for 2 single beds and got one, there was only one towel for the shower, the attitude of the receptionist was disgraceful (he really yelled at us when we asked to check what about an extra bed), the breakfast is reasonable (if you ignore the cockroach that was walking to him there for his pleasure). This is my second time at this hotel and it was the move to the Brown hotel chain that lowered the level. Not recommended "

"This is our second time in this hotel since the beginning of the year! As like before we did enjoy very much! The staff are very helpful & gave good service. The staff in the front the front desk (Michael & Dima) attended every needs we needed. And Issam the evening duty manager pampered us! Me & my friends really appreciate his service & assistance to us! The food is excellent in our entire stay! We highly recommend this hotel. Every penny is worth!"

"I left from July 28 to August 1, 2024 in this hotel with my wife and my 4 children (15/13/10/4) Knowing the Fattal hotels and their level of quality, it was by consulting the reviews that I let myself be tempted by this hotel which seemed to keep all its promises on paper the positive points: the hotel is in my opinion well located because it is 5/10 min walk from the ice mall and 10/15 min walk from the tayellette with all its shops, so no need to take your car in the evening to go out As soon as you arrive the hotel has free parking for customers which makes it easier to arrive at the hotel The hotel is generally clean unlike other Fattal hotels in Israel with staff all day cleaning In terms of catering, this is pretty much the same thing everywhere in all-inclusive hotels except that I noticed an effort in the presentation of certain dishes in the evening as at lunchtime which was nice for a hotel or in general we only have the right to self-service Overall the meals were good with choice In terms of entertainment at the hotel in the evening there were always theme evenings which are only suitable for children under 12 years old sincerely The rooms are in good condition with everything necessary A very pretty synagogue with office every day without any problem from miniane the negative points This hotel has the particularity of having slides for children to have fun, so you have to explain to me why from 4:45 p.m. they close access to the slides ?????? especially since the swimming pool closes at 6 p.m.! and if you have young children it is impossible for you to take your child with you on the slide, this is refused so my 4 year old son was not able to go on the slide during the whole stay Regarding the entertainment in the afternoon around the pool the entertainment team offers about 45 minutes of entertainment with the children but nothing exceptional to entertain everyone, no inflatable structure on the water nothing of that so quite monotonous for my taste As is often the case in hotels in Israel there is always a group of Israelis who decide to disturb everyone (and I am still being polite in my remarks) and come with a speaker and bore us all day with their music at full volume!!!! Despite my complaints to a lifeguard nothing was done! Oh yes I forgot one morning at 8am the hotel managers let the workers cut the grass next to our rooms and being woken up by the noise of a lawnmower early in the morning is really unacceptable! Fortunately after several complaints from other customers they stopped but why don't the people who authorize this think for 2 minutes in their heads to say to themselves hey maybe it will wake up the customers to do this so early???? A big negative point in my opinion is access to the gym (SEE PHOTOS) To access the gym"

"Hotel był bardzo miły, piękny basen, wspaniała "wszystko włączająca" usługa, z napojami i przekąskami dostępnymi między 3 pyszne, obfite posiłki. Zostały również niespodzianki w pokoju (wino, czekolada, daty, itp.) Mieliśmy ogromny balkon, ten cpukd pasuje do 10 osób! Pokój i łazienka były czyste, ale nie wygląd fantastyczny. Były małe szampony, klimatyzator, żel prysznicowy itp. Dużo ręczniki. Tu i tam był chip w farbie na ścianie, ale nic wielkiego. Ludzie w sąsiednim pokoju palili, a bezpieczeństwo było bardzo reagujące na naszą skargę i przyszli dwa razy, aby zatrzymać palenie w pokoju. Pracownicy byli naprawdę mili!"

Good bed and kitchen,we were family of 5 and we had everything we need .Of course we brought from home what we did not expect that will be in this flat like shampoo ,soap,oil for cooking,salt,fan. There were a fairy and new sponge for washing dishes. We liked everything and I recommend this apartment to everyone ."

"We arrived on Saturday at the Herods Boutique Hotel in Eilat, planning to spend the Shavuot holiday there and celebrate a family birthday. We hoped to begin the holiday in a calm, pleasant atmosphere – but instead, we were met with a frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately unnecessary experience. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, knowing that check-in would be completed by 6:00 PM. In reality, we stood, waited, asked questions, and only received our room at 9:00 PM. The explanation we were given? The previous guests simply didn’t vacate the room – as if that’s our problem, and not the hotel’s responsibility. And what did we do during those five hours? We wandered the streets with a baby just a few months old who couldn’t fall asleep – tired, restless, and above all, sleep-deprived. Our daughter had to sleep with her grandparents, and they – elderly people who came to enjoy themselves – found themselves spending the night in a tense, cramped, and unpleasant situation. As for us, we just felt lost. And when we finally got the room? We discovered it was unclean – leftovers of rice, sunflower seed shells, cigarette butts on the balcony. Instead of a moment of relief – it was just another slap in the face. The staff was polite, but in practice, we received no real help, no solution, and no compensation. It felt like we were just left to deal with it on our own – on a night that was supposed to be the festive start to a special vacation. We arrived in good spirits, ready to celebrate – and left deeply disappointed. This is not how one expects to begin a vacation at a hotel that’s considered luxurious. What a shame. Truly a shame."
