Very good clean condition polite and very friendly service

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was pretty uniform for Premier Inn. Arrived at 7pm after a twelve hour drive to find a notice on the restaurant that only guests were being served, but once inside, nobody at all was being served. No food. Kitchen closed. Frustrating. Had I known this I'd have booked somewhere else.

Arrived very late on a Saturday night to be greeted with the warmest of welcomes for the friendly and courteous receptionist. She also arranged a cool room for us, which was most welcome.

My friend and I stayed just for the night, checked out far earlier than anticipated due to the room being far too hot, A fan was there on arrival however it didn’t change anything in the room. Air con is desperately needed in the hotel! Other than that, all Good

Stiflingly hot (25C) meant no sleep. Window only opens a small amount and no a/c. The hotel is clearly aware there is a significant problem with ventilation as there was a (broken) fan in the room. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. Cheap nasty duvet and pillows too.

This has got to be one of the most friendly places I have ever stayed at! Nothing was any trouble to the staff.

Checked into the hotel went to my room to find it was facing the main road which is no good to me as I like to sleep with the window open, so I headed back dow to reception to ask if I could change rooms and explain why and to be rudely told no all rooms are allocated and that was that on the receptionist went on doing other stuff. Not a or let me check just told no. Shocking service for a hotel chain of this size.

We stay as a family here quite regularly and absolutely cant fault it. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, the rooms are always spotless. The last time we stayed the kids got an easter egg for doing the hunt in the room which was a great wee touch

This is the first time I have stayed with Premier Inn. I knew it was a budget hotel but location was important on this occasion. I had hurt my knee and needed a walk in shower. I phoned the hotel and spoke to Rachel on reception who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Also in the friendliest and pleasant manner. The room was clean and shower excellent. Perhaps only 2 sachets of coffee and one hand towel for 2 people is rather spartan. I could have gone to reception and asked for more but that was a bit of a nuisance. However, I will now choose to stay at a Premier Inn again if I am looking for a clean, quick overnight stay.
