"Fantastic staff that looked after the guests during severe snow that hit during our stay. We had an accessible room that well planned for wheelchair access. Wet room was exceptionally clean with fantastic hot shower. Had breakfast and evening meal in cafe which was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"My partner and I stayed for one night bed and breakfast. On arrival we were not asked for identification, which surprised us, but wasn’t a problem for us either. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. There was a good selection of teas, coffee with kettle, and a couple of ginger biscuits. There was also a mini fridge, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The shower looked new and was excellent as used in the morning. The plug on the sink didn’t work so had to leave the tap running when shaving but again it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast consisted of continental and cooked and this was excellent also. Overall we would recommend staying here as it’s a great central location with excellent facilities."

"Zarezerwowałem zestaw posiłków w ramach mojej rezerwacji. Dzień przed zameldowaniem otrzymałem e-mail z informacją, że Premier Inn Elgin wprowadza pewne zmiany, ale restauracja jest nadal otwarta. Przy zameldowaniu dowiedziałem się, że restauracja jest zamknięta na kolacje, ale otwarta tylko na śniadania. Nadal pobierano ode mnie opłatę za zestaw posiłków, dopóki nie zostałem zakwestionowany, a następnie zwrócono mi pieniądze. Kiedy dotarłem do pokoju, klimatyzacja nie działała. Również w tym przypadku nie poinformowano mnie o tym przy zameldowaniu. W pokoju zainstalowano wentylator, który nie pomagał. W nocy w pokoju było 27,5°C, co oznaczało koszmarny sen. Zszedłem na śniadanie i zobaczyłem, że jedzenie wyglądało, jakby leżało na stole od dłuższego czasu. Wszystko było wysuszone, więc poprosiłem o 2 jajka w koszulkach, ale powiedziano mi, że szefa kuchni nie ma i nie wiadomo, kiedy wróci. Zjadłem, co mogłem, a resztę zostawiłem. To jeden z najgorszych hoteli, w jakich kiedykolwiek nocowałem i na pewno tam nie wrócę. Gdyby byli uczciwi i otwarci w kwestii wszystkich wspomnianych problemów, a może nawet zaoferowali zniżkę, mogłoby to pomóc, ale zostałem obciążony pełną kwotą za fatalną obsługę. Nigdy bym się tego nie spodziewał po Premier Inn."

"I was part of a large group and the hotel staff catered for us in the private conservatory. The food was outstanding, and I once more had the black pudding stack which was an utter triumph by the chef. Our whole party complimented the quality of fare provided. Very generous portions too. I must also commend the staff who worked tirelessly to keep us all fed and watered, as well as clearing away our dishes as we finished each course. This was my 3rd time here and it won't be my last."
