"We were there in the low season and I have to say the price/performance ratio was great. The room was simple but perfectly adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was served in the valley station next door and was great. In summer it is a perfect starting point for hiking and in winter it is right next to the lift and après-ski in the Ellmauer Hex opposite. You can walk to the Bergdoktor's practice or the center of Ellmau. There are plenty of parking spaces. The sauna area is good, and there is a small pool with a few loungers in the covered area - sufficient in the low season but too small in peak season. There are also snacks in the lounge area at reception and Sky Bundesliga is shown on weekends - very cozy thanks to the fireplace."

"Czujemy, że to jest pracownik, który sprawia, że ten hotel jest tak przyjemny. Zespół w Hochfilzer są doskonałe. Jest w świetnej lokalizacji i jedzenie jest pyszne. Jedna z naszych grup śledzi dietę wegańską i wybór na śniadanie i kolację był tak dobry. Wielkie dzięki Ingrid, Stefan i Andrea. Nasze pokoje były wygodne i czyste, a opieka domowa jest urocza. Polecam, aby wziąć własne WC itp. W łazience znajduje się duży szampon/mycie ciała, ale jestem pod wrażeniem, że ten hotel nie zapewnia jednorazowego użytku plastikowe toalety. Zdecydowanie nie potrzebujemy dodatkowych plastików! Jest wiele do zrobienia, zwłaszcza jeśli cieszysz się spacerem i pieszym. Podnośnik jest przydatny, ale można cieszyć się spacerami bez przepustki, na przykład do Hintersteinersee i Wochenbrunner Alm. Kaiserjet bezpłatny autobus do innych wsi w dolinie i LineBus zabiera Cię do St Johann, więc jest wiele do zbadania. Mieliśmy świetny tydzień!"

"We had a friends ski end-of-season long weekend and the Flora Hotel was absolutely perfect! The room are super comfortable, the breakfast was incredible and dinner at the main hotel was superb. The staff were great and overall the experience was excellent. We will be back!"

Hotel der Bär ★★★★

"It is situated on an elevated position, and a very long steep road, and I had to stop several times to catch my breath. The hotel failed to offer pillow menu, or natural bedding (only acrylic/polyester). I had to sleep under cotton towels, and buy Zirbenkissen to top up tempura pillow. The buffet style of breakfast food in general was good, but I was disappointed with choices, I had in other 5 star hotels I visited, however the dinners were excellent. The staff was in general going an extra mile, and Family Windisch are extremely friendly and attentive. The spa is very good with a very professional, and knowledgeable lady. The pools are fantastic. The hotel is situated close to the mountain chain of Wilder Kaiser, and the view is wonderful! It is also very calm, and quiet on that high location, apart from the noise of the village center. There are no flowers on balconies, and the gardens luck colours, but are beautifully green. I had to agree to pay a large supplement for a double room with no table, or sofa. I paid the same supplement for a junior suite in other 5 star hotels hence my experience was only average."

"Wspaniały pobyt w Kaiserhof na święta Bożego Narodzenia jako rodzina czterech. Usługa była doskonała przez cały – naprawdę przyjazny, uważny personel, który sprawił, że wszystko poczuło się łatwe i przyjemne. Nasz pokój rodzinny był ogromny i bardzo wygodny z oddzielnym toaletą i łazienką/pokój prysznicowy. Świetna lokalizacja tuż obok narciarskiego z opcją na nartach w i na zewnątrz (chociaż ścisły spadek bezpośrednio z bata, więc nie idealny, jeśli jesteś początkującym jak ja). W związku z tym bardzo przydatny był autobus do stacji kablowej i w pobliżu. Udogodnienia są doskonałe, w tym basen wewnętrzny i ogrzewany basen na zewnątrz bez końca plus kilka dodatkowych elementów, takich jak sauny, pokoje parowe, pokoje podczerwieni i obiekty spa. Śniadanie było wyśmienite i delikatna kolacja każdego wieczoru była konsekwentnie bardzo dobry. Nasze dzieci uwielbiały klub dzieci', który ma nianię dziecięcą dostępna między 5 pm a 9 pm. Mieli nawet Santa odwiedzać w Wigilię niosąc prezenty dla dzieci. Tylko drobne uchwyty były przezroczysty projekt łazienki. Jest to dobrze z małymi dziećmi, ale będzie to będzie nieprzyjemne, gdy się starzeją. Ogólnie, świetne całkowite doświadczenie i hotel, do którego z radością wrócimy."
