"On a spontaneous trip, I unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem of a guesthouse. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to Huangwan Tourist Center. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone who frequently travels for business, the comfort of the bedding is immediately noticeable. Good bedding leads to good rest, which is essential for enjoying the next day's adventures. The breakfast selection was rich, and although it was a set menu, the variety was thoughtfully put together. Some guests mentioned the portions were so generous they couldn't finish it all, and I even took some eggs and yogurt to eat on the go. The soy milk at breakfast was absolutely amazing! The owner said it's freshly ground every morning, which explains its delicate and silky smooth texture. With all these fantastic qualities, the handsome owner offering complimentary pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station almost feels like an afterthought, hahaha! Businesses that are thoughtful and high-quality truly deserve recognition! Oh, and before I left, I also bought their 'Piao Xue' jasmine tea – it tastes great and isn't expensive, perfect for both gifts and personal enjoyment!"

"After coming down from Mount Emei, we decided to try this Forest Grand Hotel at the foot of the mountain! Overall, the experience was quite good. Choosing a grand hotel with a rich history like this one definitely offers peace of mind! It's not far from the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, which is convenient if you're heading to the Golden Summit. The grounds are also very large, with a Hongzhu Lake where you can take a stroll and enjoy the lake view! The hot springs are in a separate building, and there's a shuttle service for transportation, which was great for unwinding. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant on Building 5, and I recommend trying the tofu pudding! The service was also excellent, with a guest relations manager visiting to assist us. You can also spot peacocks displaying their feathers and sika deer near the entrance of Building 5! The rooms maintain the grand hotel style and are well-maintained, which is a big plus!"

"Hongzhushan is my top choice for a trip to Emei Mountain! The Zen Forest Residence is Building 7 of the hotel, enveloped by lush forests and scenic landscapes, offering wonderfully fresh air. My favorite part was the forest hot springs – there are many pools with comfortable water temperatures. A soak after hiking washes away all fatigue. The service was excellent, breakfast was plentiful, and the room was spotless. During my three-day stay, I was pleasantly surprised to catch two days of complimentary buffet dinners during the spring holiday, offering a great variety of dishes. It was a perfect holiday experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Emei!"

"A hotel that truly understands its guests. I rarely leave reviews for hotels or B&Bs I book, but this one deeply moved me. After staying here, we truly believe it's a hotel with warmth that understands its guests: 1. Unlike other high-end hotels, there's no arrogance here. The lobby space is dedicated to guests, and the front desk isn't large but perfectly functional. The lobby features a kids' play area, a relaxing tea room, and very affordable arcade games. It's also pet-friendly (for those who worry guests might find pets dirty, are humans really cleaner? Or less prone to illness?). 2. Most importantly, the environment is excellent – clean and hygienic, showing a real responsibility to guests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the water in the heated swimming pool is changed entirely every day. 3. The detailed design is fantastic. It features smart controls; when you select 'sleep mode,' the annoying light from the switch panel also turns off, helping you sleep better. And surprisingly, the electric kettle can keep water warm continuously!"

The public hot spring area has a beautiful environment, perfect for relaxing and soothing your fatigue after a hike. The front desk staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. For breakfast, the noodle bar's freshly wrapped wontons were delicious, and the fruit was very fresh. The hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the bustling area, ideal for relaxation. They even offer complimentary manicures, which was a pleasant surprise. My stay here was very comfortable, and if I ever return to Mount Emei, I would definitely choose this hotel again."

It's a large property, but the service is excellent. You can easily call a shuttle to get anywhere you need to go, which is super convenient. The children's activities are incredibly rich; after breakfast, it's pretty much non-stop attending them. You earn coins by participating in activities, which you can then redeem for gifts when you check out. My nine-year-old had a blast! The room decor is a bit outdated, as the hotel has been around for quite a few years, but the service more than makes up for it. Just a short distance outside the hotel is the Malu Bridge food street, offering many delicious and affordable local specialties! We'll definitely be back next time."
