Zentrale Lage mit gutem Konzept ohne finale Ideen zur Ausstattung bei fehlenden Gadgets wie Espresso Maschine etc……. Personal ist bisher nicht ausreichend geschult um einen zeitnahen Check in zu gewährleisten. Es fehlt ein Shampoo und die Beleuchtung ist wenig attraktiv um eine angenehme A**osphäre zu erhalten. Die Jalousien lassen keine vollständige Abdunkelung zu und die Aussicht auf den Innenhof ist mangelhaft .

非常不錯。住的不是大堂的那幢，在對面幢，密碼進入。因為市區住在一樓認為會很吵，但是相反非常安靜，一點都不吵。

Stayed for 2 nights in their wonderful apar**ent for NYE. Had plenty of room for the family to spread out.
Very clean
Staff was on limited hours for the holiday but were exceptional help when needed.

Excellent stay. The room was nice and clean. 10 mins walling distance from the main station. Breakfast was really nice.

Rather recently renovated. Enough space in the suite. No daily service! 10 minutes walk to train station. 20 minute’s distance to the Nuremberg Airport by taxi.

The building is very new and the rooms are modern. I loved the shower from the roof top which was easy to adjust to the right temperature.
Check-in was done using self-service systems with information from Zeitwohnhaus. Also they had a computer in the entrance for browsing or printing out documents. Very practical.
There were several vending machines. Unfortunately the first one did not work but the one in the basement did. In the basement there is a gym where you can workout. There is also a washing corner but I did not use that.
The TV in the room has regular german TV but Netlifix and YouTube available.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The fact that there is a small gym in the basement is a big plus as are the laundry facilities.
