"The first night I had a cold shower - no hot water despite letting the water run for ＞5min. Next morning I told the reception who said they would inform the Hausmeister (no apology given though). Second night, the exact same thing happens again! Inexcusable and poor service - no apology, let alone a discount!"

"The hotel has nice rooms, although a bit older. When we arrived, we had to air out the room for a while, but after that everything was fine. The bathroom looked newer, although the shower was leaking a little. Breakfast was good – there were eggs, sausages, fruit salad, ham, cheese, olives, vegetables, jams, and more. For this type of hotel, it was definitely sufficient. The staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a positive stay, and for the price it was definitely worth it. 👍"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Gasthof St. Georg Ritter. The place feels cozy and welcoming, with a nice traditional atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. The food was honestly excellent. The dishes were freshly prepared, very tasty, and served in generous portions. The schnitzel and meat dishes were perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the sides were fresh and well done. You can tell they care about quality here. What made the experience even better was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. All in all, a great place to stay and eat. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Erlangen."
