We checked in at around 10am on the 14th. We called the hotel to inquire about the room before we checked in. We were told that we might not be checked out when we arrived. The receptionist Zhu at the front desk helped us upgrade a room and then checked in. The hotel service was pretty good. We were given a few popsicles and a small gift when we checked in. We were also given free afternoon tea. The room was very clean, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot, so parking is also very convenient.

Highly recommended, the environment is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are very considerate and helpful. Next to it is West Lake Park and within walking distance of the Puppet Theater. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it upstairs. I will stay here again next time I come, it’s better than the Overseas Chinese Building where I stayed before

🤦🏻♂️ My patience with the environment is OK, after all, I have lived in so many youth hostels at home and abroad. There are a few points that I can't accept: ① The voltage of the charging socket in the room is suspected to be not enough for 220v, and the estimated power charge in 3 minutes will take about 8 minutes. ② There are two USB sockets in the capsule. ③ The light is too dark. ④ The smell of smoke is too heavy. ⑤ The room card is not working. You have to knock on the door to let the roommate open the door. The front desk reply cannot be solved.
The toilet did not experience it, stayed for less than half an hour and refunded. The room rate is donated for your hotel to improve the quality of the room.
This room is suitable for friends who often go to Internet cafes, and the environment is almost the same.
