"The only night I stayed through Ctrip on this Yunnan trip turned out to be surprisingly bad. First, the price was significantly higher than what I found on other platforms that day. Second, even with low occupancy, a five-star hotel should at least provide basic service, right? Aside from the two girls at the front desk and the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were somewhat polite, there wasn't a single person in the concierge department. Finally, the restaurant didn't even serve dinner [laughing through tears]. As a long-time user, I'm increasingly disappointed with Ctrip. These days, can't you survive without any platform? 👎 Also, the intense recommendations on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) need to be analyzed rationally; in smaller towns, staying in a central location is definitely the better option."
